I have leased my last two cars from Burt Kuni. The service is the best. They are very friendly, professional, they take the time to answer all my questions and finish the job on time. Mike did a terrific job explaining the details of the work needed. I didn't feel pressured to have work completed that I didn't want. Although it took a few minutes to get someone to assist us, the service after was incredible. Torii did a great job explaining every aspect, accessory in the Accord and financing information. Even the financing team was helpful and kind. Buying a car after a total loss collision is never fun (or any other time) but Kuni made it a pleasing experience. He went above and beyond by not only helping me for what I came in for, but also informing me that based on the current recalls on my car, I could probably get a refund on the service. He was right! I brought my car in just before a Christmas trip because I had NO heat. With as cold as it had been I knew I would need heat for the rest of the winter. Matt was very helpful in getting my car into the sho I had NO heat. With as cold as it had been I knew I would need heat for the rest of the winter. Matt was very helpful in getting my car into the shop while I was out of town and had it ready for me to pick up the day I returned. I had to go to work early the next morning, so Matt let me know that my car would be left outside of the shop, so even though it was late at night and Kuni was not open I would be able to pick up my car. The repair cost less than I had planned and my heat worked amazingly! My car had been washed and everything was great. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a car repair in part to Matt Bright. More
I was very pleased with the friendliness of this dealership/service department. I recently moved to the Denver area from Washington, DC and needed an oil change and the alignment looked at. Joe was very informative of what was causing the alignment problem and what he recommended. I am usually really on guard when I take my car in for service at a dealership because I feel like I am always pressured into getting service that my car doesn't need. I applause the recommendations, but Joe didn't push them on me like other dealerships have done in the past. I will be coming back to this dealership for future service on my Honda. As for why I gave the pricing an "ok": I was expecting to pay much less when I dropped my car off -- obviously, a closer look into the problem with the alignment uncovered the real problem (the tire) which made the price double what I had anticipated since they had to replace the front tires. I understand that they can't predict a cause until they look at the car but in situations like these where the price doubles, another discount should be given. More
