Dear AngieZaps, Thank you again for the opportunity to address and resolve your concerns. I appreciate your graciousness and understanding with the unexpected guests showing up, and the desire of your sales person to to his best possible to take care of the demands. Saturdays are the most popular days for appointments and surprise show ups for the entire Dealership. The service department missed the opportunity to serve you well on the PC card adapter, we apologized and did in fact get that resolved for you as well. We operate our business with transparency, your first payment was not "hidden in the paperwork". The contracts are gone over in depth until the purchaser is clear and agrees to what they are signing. The Finance Director called you to go over the papaerwork again just to make sure you understood the contract. The email that you got and forwarded to me, "offering the same car for a considerable amount less" was clear that it was not for the same car as you purchased. Again, I believe I have addressed and resolved your concerns to your satisfaction. We appreciate your business value your feedback. Thank you.
