We came to look at some cars, my wife and I had agreed not to buy anything that day. Our salesman seemed friendly, until we said we wanted to think about it, and look around a bit. Then we were hugely pressured for about an hour: everything from you have to buy today or the universe will end, to trying to make us feel guilty for wasting his time, to implying we were lying about our buying plans, to refusing to give us some information until we agreed to start the financing process. Everything but someone locking the door so we couldn't get out. The worst thing was that he flat out lied about a feature not being standard on the base model (which the dealer did not have available); we have confirmed that it it standard on the base model on Honda's web site and at other dealers. We will never set foot in this dealership again. Don't want to say which salesperson this was, since maybe he was just having a bad day or something, and he's gotten other good reviews on this site, I just want to inform the dealer that they're losing customers over their sales style, and warn potential buyers to watch their wallets. I was shopping for a new car. Met George Lee at 9:30, checked available inventory, spent some time looking for alternatives, test drove the car and was back in the office by 10:30. Prior to going to this dealer I did fair amount of research and have decided on the max price that I would pay for the car. I have mentioned that to George and made my offer which he accepted and by noon I was driving back home in a new car. I went in for a routine oil change and they advised me of some additional service that was needed. Specifically, my 30,000 mile routine maintenance check. My Prelude was barely driveable - clutch or transmission. I had always serviced at Ralph Schomp but it was 6:10 pm and they were closed so I drove it to Kuni Honda. Chris was WONDERFUL - and honest. He informed me that the wrong fluid was in the transmission and suggested I take it back to the shop that last put fluids in my car as it could permanently damage the transmission. He could have fixed and charged me but instead was concerned and helpful - unusual to find - especially when I was not a regular customer! Ralph Schomp denied that wrong fluid was put in - even though Kuni Honda had it in writing for me. They told me it was the clutch -but had to order parts that took 1 week to get in (very unusual - they usually have parts in in 1-2 days). What ever was wrong was fixed by Ralph Schomp for $1100. Kuni Honda was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process - Chris even asked me to call him and let him know what the other shops response was - now that is CARING! More

This is our second transaction with Glen Johnson. And as expected he provided an excellent service in this latest transaction. He is knowledgable of the product he is selling to us. Unlike other Sales Rep. expected he provided an excellent service in this latest transaction. He is knowledgable of the product he is selling to us. Unlike other Sales Rep. once it was sold the small details of the transaction is being ignored. During the test drive he introduced us to the features of the Honda Pilot 2011, in which helped us in determining if this is indeed the right vehicle for us. That is Glen detail oriented & always trying anticipate his customer's needs. Doug Thorne, is outstanding when he handled the finacial part of the transaction. He showed us the options to choose from & when we reached a decision oh where to go, he supported it all the way & even so gracious enough to fix some minor glitches of it. He went above & beyond the call of his duties & to that we are so thankful. Mike Christian, helped us in taking care of some of the car's accessories that was installed after we got the Pilot. He did an excellent job with taking care of the transaction as a whole. So overall rating we are giving Kuni-Honda is EXCELLENT !!! And for sure we will come back again if we will be needing another vehicle !!! We will for sure recommend them to all our friends & family !!! More
From the moment that we walked in to the dealership we were treated extremely well! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made our experience great. We had our kids with us and having the little play area and snacks was wonderful...they loved it. The gentleman in finance who assisted us (I can't remember his name) was FABULOUS!!! He was quick since he knew that it was getting late and our kids were getting tired. He had toys for them to play with and even gave them each their own "new car" (a hot wheel car). The annoucement throughout the showroom and allowing the kids to ring the bell was just the perfect top off of the night. Overall the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Rick was amazing and made it easy to purchase a car from Kuni Honda. We will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone that we know looking to purchase. More

We live in Colorado Springs and were looking for a used Odessey. My husband made an online inquiry about a van in your inventory and Pat Fogerty called me to follow up on that inquiry. I had many questions about the vehicle and he kindly answered all of my questions which took several phone calls. He even walked out to the van in the parking lot while on the phone with me, to describe it's features and condition. We drove up to the dlr on a Saturday morning and while that particular van wasn't right for us, Pat hooked us up with an even better one with way more features than we imagined!! AND- he worked all day to meet our pricing!!! We were there for 7 hours!!! It was a long tiring day, but at the end we were very happy with the deal.
