Loved working with Grace! She was a perfect sales person to work with, and the reason we bought from Kuni. The first time we came in to look at the Pilot, she was not pushy, did not try to convince us to b to work with, and the reason we bought from Kuni. The first time we came in to look at the Pilot, she was not pushy, did not try to convince us to buy right then even though you did not have what I exactly wanted, and she understood we wanted to look at some other vehicles to compare before making a final decision. When we came back just to check in and see if you had the model in the color I wanted, she was very happy to see us and very helpful in finding out if you had what we wanted (we had walked around the Pilots and did not see any Tourning in blue or red). She was also very courteous to our two girls, who also love her! She is a genuine sales person and I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. Overall, very satisfied. The price was a bit high ($250+) for an oxygen sensor replacement. Service was great! Had Luxcare and body side molding done. Work was professionally done and really looks good. Can't remember who took care of me, but he was a tall, older fellow.
