We recognize that not all personalites are a match to work with. I also appreciate you acknowledgement that in that same sales experience you 1. "The price was right for the vehicle", 2. "In general, this is a good dealership with a reputable maintenance facility" and, 3."Your dealings with the sale person and Manager were only temporary". I did research your visit with the Finance Manager you worked with and I understand that the "Blank Documents" you were asked to sign were blank because the contracts are printed from the finance office (eliminating messy handwritting.)I appologize if this process was not conveyed to you so we set the proper expectation for our guests.
