I recently purchased a used vehicle from Kuni Honda, and was very satisfied with them. Larry Mendez was very helpful and nice, and I did not feel pressured. My Honda had electrical problems and the independent mechanic was at his wit's end and therefore he recommened that I go to Kuni Honda and have Chris take a look at the car. Left the car at Kuni Honda for a day and Chris called me back the next day that he was able to fix the problem. The overall experience was very nice and always had the feeling that my car was in good hands. The only reason that I don't give all 5's was that the checkout process was quite slow and I had to wait about 40min to get my car back. More

If there was an answer she didn't know for certain she would find the correct answer from Johnny Salazar who was also very helpful. This gave me the confidence to purchase my car from Kuni Honda. I also worked with Joe Custodio, who too was very friendly and helpfull. He answered all of my financial questions,and explained everything very clearly. Again, I felt confident with my purchase from Kuni Honda. I spent a total of eight hours at Kuni Honda the day I bought my new car. Thanks to Georgina for her patience, and sense of humor. I have a good sense of well being knowing that Kuni Honda stands behind their cars, and we can bring ours in with any problems we may have in the future. We came to the store and were greeted by a very friendly employee that directed us to a sales person. We spoke with Marylou Petersen who also was very friendly and showed us what we wanted to see. After we left the store, we shopped other dealers but we kept coming back the Kuni. Each time we arrived we were greeted again but with a different type of greeting. It seems that the employees all knew us and did everything but call us by our first name. It made us want to come back just to see if the next person would recognize us. After deciding to buy the vehicle at Kuni we brought in a quote from another dealer which we thought was a good price. Not only did Kuni match the price but they beat it. Overall our experience with Kuni couldn't have been better. Thank you for your service and we look forward to doing business with you again. More
Our first visit to Kuni Honda, simply scoping out vehicle options and test driving the Civic, was exceptional. We found ourselves in great, welcoming company. Craig Smith and Brent McMillen were accommodating and very flexible; willing to work with my restricted payment plans and help me out as I needed. Our final visit to Kuni Honda, returning to purchase the vehicle, we were helped by another member on Brent's team, Larry Mendez. He was just as helpful, no problems there. The only trouble we ran into was with the financing department, Joe C. He was very adamant about having us purchase the extended warranty plan for the Civic we purchased, even after we declined his offer. Although, we understand it is his job to push the warranty, and it's a significant part of the selling process, he was aggressive about us accepting it, even after we had declined respectfully. It did not change my view of Kuni Honda in any manner, I would still return for service and perhaps any future vehicle I would need to purchase. That was the only tense situation we came across. More
