Dear Valued Guest, I appreciated visiting with you again and I believe I addressed your concerns to your satisfaction. We have taken your feedback and use this as an opportunity to improve our service with setting proper expectations for example, "paying cash" does not make the finance process faster. Waiting for 1 1/2 hours for finance was an unusual circumstance, we average about a 20 minute wait at most. The copy of the warranty, you get the paperwork for the warranty but your need was to know what was covered in the warranty and that is in the handbook (on the pages I refered you to)and the warranty information is also in the service computers for when you are in the service department they can address any warranty information for you. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional customer service and we missed the opportunity to deliver that, we apologize. We do appreciate your business and you do matter to us!
