Overall, we are happy because this is the only dealership who took us and help us with our situation. They worked with us and accepted our trade-ins with no money down. They also throw in for us their future promo with our purchase. Although we were not ecstatic of the price of the new Honda Odyssey that we got, it was a good experience nonetheless. Mary Lou was terrific to work with. Her first concern was to understand my needs and how I shop for a vehicle. She knew it could take time to work out a deal. When things went wrong he made sure he stood by his word and came up with a solution for me. I did not appreciate that the first vehicle sold to me was sold out from under me that night. Mary Lou and Omar made sure I was satified with a new deal which I am very pleased with. My biggest concern is with financing. I explained to Omar and Mary Lou what my situation was and that I had a certain limit for my monthly payments. Even after I signed the paper work indicating what my monthly payments were going to be, the final payments went over what I was suppose to pay but I was willing to accept the deal. I do not appreciate the hard sell from finance regarding the extended warrenty. This should have been negotiated during the sale of the car not afterwards which would have made my payments even higher. Omar and Mary Lou were terrific to work with. They were willing to work with me until the right vehicle came along for me. More
Overall, a good buying experience. I've always driven GM vehicles, so this is my first Honda experience. I'm impressed, after research, at how well Hondas hold their value for resale, so this initially was vehicles, so this is my first Honda experience. I'm impressed, after research, at how well Hondas hold their value for resale, so this initially was the sole reason why I bought a CR-V versus a Kia Sportage. David is very personable and not overly pushy. I was initially unhappy with the trade in offer on my vehicle, but David's manager finagled it to the amount I wanted, so I couldn't ask for more. I'm impressed with the Free for Life, and intend to fully utilize this benefit. Financing with Barry was also fairly painless, as he gave us the near future 0.9% financing rate from Honda, and most importantly, thank goodness he has candy because is anyone ever really happy about the price of a new vehicle? :) But to be honest, the more I drive my new car, the more I love it. I made the right decision! I look forward to a long relationship with my new CR-V and Kuni Honda. More

Both Omar and Zee were very friendly and helpful. I came in already knowing what car I wanted to test drive from my search on the web. While I test drove with Zee, Omar was figuring out my trade value on my current car so when we got back from the drive, he was ready with that info. He got a higher price that I expected for my trade in and had good financing options available. So I filled out the paper work with Zee, transferred my stuff from old car to new car, and then I was ready to talk with Barry about my financing. Barry explained the warranty to me and figured out a way that I could afford it. He also got me a lower interest rate than Omar estimated because I have good credit. I appreciated that. After some signature and handshakes and candy (from Barry's desk), I got to ring the bell and drive off in my new car! More
Since 2003 not only have I purchased 2 Hondas from this dealership but I've also had all of the servicing done there. The Sales and Service staff are exceptional - I feel that they have the customer in mi dealership but I've also had all of the servicing done there. The Sales and Service staff are exceptional - I feel that they have the customer in mind whether purchasing a new vehicle or having service work completed. I'll continue to work with Kuni Honda as long as I drive a vehicle. More
The dealership was very busy on the Saturday that we were scheduled to arrive. Because we live so far away, Saturday was the only day we could get away. Torii and I arranged to meet around 2 pm that day, not scheduled to arrive. Because we live so far away, Saturday was the only day we could get away. Torii and I arranged to meet around 2 pm that day, not a true appointment, but the earliest I thought we could get there. We did have to wait some time before seeing him, as he was busy assisting other customers, but the assistants were good about giving us information on when he would be with us. I believe we actually were at the dealership a total 6 hours, which seemed a bit excessive to close the dealer. Again, I do recognize that Saturdays are busy, but having the trade-in apprasied took some time, and getting to finance took some time as well (even though I had gone on line prior to our arrival and was pre-approved through Honda Financing). That would be the only downside, it was just a really long day, and I am not sure what could have been done to move the process along a little quicker. Also, I found out today that Honda Financing is now offering 0.9% finanicing from 8/24/11 thru 9/6/11, which is a bummer, as when we were there on 8/20/11, they were offering 1.9% financing thru 9/6/11. We would have waited to purchase to get that better rate had we have known (perhaps this was only just disclosed to the dealerships today, but it is just a bummer for us). These small issues aside, everyone that we dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. More
