Kevin Moore was great during the sales process. He informed me of all the details of the CRV and made the sales experience very positive and relaxing. Great job Kevin! informed me of all the details of the CRV and made the sales experience very positive and relaxing. Great job Kevin! More
Ryan Smith (Service Consultant) was very pleasant and professional to work with. All his time estimates and price estimates to get the work done on my car were spot on! There was a small issue with an i professional to work with. All his time estimates and price estimates to get the work done on my car were spot on! There was a small issue with an inexpensive part that was not included in his price quote, when I asked if he would take care of this because he gave me his word on the price quote, he took care of it. It's the small things like this that set these guys apart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KUNI! Thanks Ryan. More

We went for a test drive on Friday of the 2011 Pilot. Larry Mendez was very helpful, was low pressure, and even helped entertained our three energetic children. Kuni negotiates fairly on pricing. There w Larry Mendez was very helpful, was low pressure, and even helped entertained our three energetic children. Kuni negotiates fairly on pricing. There were no hidden fees or deceptive sales practices that I have seen at other dealers (Yes, Medved, I am talking about you). They made me aware of the current promotions around financing and we took advantage of that... also a painless experience. I have bought from Ralph Schomp before, and I do like them as well, but Kuni is closer to my house and I thought I would give them a shot. I think highly of both dealers, but am really looking forward to taking advantage of the quarterly car details, free nitrogen refills and other perks at Kuni and highly recommend them. More

I had a good experience with Kuni and would purchase from them again. Jim the sales guy was fabulous, funny and very helpful. However, I did not like the rate at which things were done once I got to the them again. Jim the sales guy was fabulous, funny and very helpful. However, I did not like the rate at which things were done once I got to the finance department. It's too fast to take things in and disagree with added dealer "goodies". I asked several times to have financing set up through my credit union and it was not done. Now I have to jump through hoops to rectify this when I knew all along my credit union had a better rate than Honda financing did. There were close to $1200 in charges in dealer "goodies" that I thought were included in the warranty that I purchased for $2495, which actually cost extra. I am currently trying to get those items/charges removed as well. I feel a bit "ripped-off" by that. More
Customer Service: Took a long time to buy a new CRV. 5.5 hours total. This was Labor day however and I think they were short staffed. Quality of Work: From my Honda Accord. Free for Life offers a car hours total. This was Labor day however and I think they were short staffed. Quality of Work: From my Honda Accord. Free for Life offers a car detail inside and out. When I had this done, the Inside had not been touched. Outside looked great. I asked about the details when I bought the CRV and was told it did include the interior. Price: Did not care to have $899 tacked on for a dealer package of floormats, cargo tray and a windshield coating. Larry was the salesman (product presenter?) He was accomotating and took care of us. Larry Mendez was a professional in all respects and would ask for him my name when it comes time for our next new Honda. The salesman for my Accord last year blurted out a problem with a credit score infront to a packed showroom. I almost walked away from the deal at that time. More
