I think there should be a way to reserve the car until the weekend, so you could come in when you can. Instead we were told, that they would not hold car, and they will give it away if someone else wanted the weekend, so you could come in when you can. My husband was pleased when I told him about the minor repairs (tire rotation, brake fluid replaced, and transmission serviced) because we are driving this car nearly 2000 miles on a trip for Thanksgiving. I really like that service managers like Mike recommend things to be done but do not pressure people to do them. We drivers can't notice everything. The technician, I wish I could remember his name, was also very courteous. Everyone at Kuni Honda is super friendly and helpful to customers. More
Mike was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic also called to double-check that I wanted the battery replaced. Everything was done on time and correctly the 1st time. Kuni provided an overall positive experience. The highlight of our experience was the salesman was excellent. He really listened to what we wanted and hoped to achieve and didn't operate on his agend highlight of our experience was the salesman was excellent. He really listened to what we wanted and hoped to achieve and didn't operate on his agenda like many other sales people we came across prior to stopping in at Kuni. The one thing that could be improved on is the efficiency of getting customers through the entire buying process. Having two young kids with us made is a little bit challenging. We were there all day we spent hours waiting for numbers to be approved and finance to be ready to see us. That aside, it was a great car-buying experience. More
Last Saturday I have taken my Honda Civic Coupe for a Free for Life service. This is second time in the past year since I bouth the car that I have utilized this service. It was a complimentary gift rece Free for Life service. This is second time in the past year since I bouth the car that I have utilized this service. It was a complimentary gift received at the time of the car purchase and second time that they promissed a detailed car cleaning but never completed.First time they did not vacum the car,so I decided that I will mention to them when I take it next time. I spoke with the Service consultant and she promissed that she will put a note on the service order and she did.So after two hours of service, I picked up my car and inspected the car interior. The car was not even touched inside. They washed it through express wash but never vacumed. I also found my air conditioner turned to a full capacitiy and 20 milies added to my car millage. It looked like someone had drowe the car out of the service department instead of cleaning it. There was no other explanation. After I complained on the spot, I spent one more hour waiting for the car to be vacumed once again. My thinking is that Kuni had offered this kind of service to the customers to increase the sales or else but you do not get the service you have been promissed. I am very disapointed with the service department although they have tried to correct this mistake. It just happens to many times to be called a mistake. More

I went into the dealership after my wife and I decided to trade our older Accord with a newer one. I went in thinking I was going to finance a 2010 Honda Accord but due to my credit, I thought I wasn't goin trade our older Accord with a newer one. I went in thinking I was going to finance a 2010 Honda Accord but due to my credit, I thought I wasn't going to have a chance to buy a car at all. Usually, in my past experience, dealerships and sale people are extremely pushy and could care less about you as a person and you feel like you're going to war just to get a decent deal. Not at Kuni. I went into Kuni Honda and saw Gordon Grawet at his desk and he was easily approachable and friendly. He was very knowledgable as well so I felt secure as to what I was putting my money towards. It wasn't the "I'm only friendly for the sale" type friendly but a genuine friendliness. He worked with me and because of my credit I was limited to what I could choose from. He found me a great alternative car to fit my budget. It was a 2007 Gold Honda Accord. Honestly, this car, to me, was nicer then the newer ones that I was looking at. I was so appreciative to see this car. It wasn't a cheap econo-car but a really beautiful 2007 Honda Accord. Then I met Milt Eccles, the finance guy to go to. Milt is the reason I was given a chance to have a nice car for me and my family. I would rate him 10 out of 10 for friendliness, knowledge, and helping you not overspend. He was real and honest. This is something of a rarity at dealerships. Oh, and what a price!! I could not have gotten a better deal buying from my own mother. The customer service was the best I've ever seen and quality of work, honesty and up front paper work showing every detail of what my hard earned money was paying for was A++. The genuine friendliness sold me the moment I walked in the door. My overall experience was the best I've seen to date and yes, I will recommend anyone buying a car, even if they are looking for a non-Honda brand to come to Kuni. I just recently leased a 2011 CR-V. The service that I received at the dealership was friendly and efficient. Georgina was very easy to talk to, and she made my experience quite pleasant. The only negative aspect that I would comment on would be the closing. I felt that I was getting "sold" to about extended warranties and add-ons. I understand that this is their job, but I am already paying more monthly than I would have liked to. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at Kuni Honda. More
