While I wasn't expecting the service that needed to be done nor to pay the price that the service cost, I was pleased and thankful to Bil experience. I think there should be a way to reserve the car until the weekend, so you could come in when you can. Instead we were told, that they would not hold car, and they will give it away if someone else wanted the weekend, so you could come in when you can. My husband was pleased when I told him about the minor repairs (tire rotation, brake fluid replaced, and transmission serviced) because we are driving this car nearly 2000 miles on a trip for Thanksgiving. I really like that service managers like Mike recommend things to be done but do not pressure people to do them. We drivers can't notice everything. The technician, I wish I could remember his name, was also very courteous. Everyone at Kuni Honda is super friendly and helpful to customers. More
