When turning in a Lease with Honda to us, we would not know what the charges for excess damage would be until Honda inspects or takes possession of the vehicle. In this case, Honda did send you a bill for excess damages and late fees. Once we were made aware of the excessive damage charges, they were waived by Honda, in addition to disposition fee due to the fact you leased a new Honda vehicle. Mr. Sanders, We take your complaint very seriously. We reviewed the oil gun and it shows that the oil was dispensed at the time your vehicle was in the shop and at the rack it was on. That simple explanation would have worked. We did exactly what you guys asked of us and drove over an hour to give it to you. It would have been nice to see the employees take appreciation to the fact that we gave you what you wanted that exact day. When we asked to speak to Brian, we saw him push out a different employee to talk instead. We had an amazing experience with Dan, our salesman. Unfortunately, the overall experience got ruined because it seemed like no one cared about our prompt response to your request.
