We came in a couple of weeks ago to look at the 2012 Pilots. Joe greeted us on the lot and asked us a few questions about what features we wanted and mentioned that there were different packages availab Pilots. I told him that we were really just looking and weren't going to buy that day. I appreciated that he said that was fine, and he really seemed enthusiastic to show us the inside of one of the Pilots even though we weren't buying one. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and said he would find out the things he didn't know off the top of his head. When we were leaving, Joe introduced us to his manager Johnny. Johnny told us a lot of really useful information about leasing versus purchasing. It was great to feel like they cared about our time and needs in a car. It was really a much better experience than we expected, and if we decide to get a new vehicle soon, it will be with Kuni Honda and with Joe. More

When we said "No thanks" to the extra items in finance -- we were not pushed -- we've all had dealers that don't take no for an answer and we never shop there again. Kuni Honda is not that kind of dealer! They truly go the extra mile to gain and maintain your business -- car detailing, tire rotation, once a quarter for LIFE!! When we buy our next Honda, this was our third, it will be from KUNI! More
Kuni Honda was great when I was recently there to purchase a new vehicle. They made sure my car payment was exactly where I needed it to be. We came to Burt Kuni already knowing exactly what we were looking for in a new car, specially a Honda Pilot. The friendly greeter at the entrance paired us with Joe Cisneros immediately. Within moments we were out the door looking at the Pilots on the lot. Joe was friendly, easy to work with and knowledgable about the vehicle. After answering our questions he helped us with negociating a fantastic deal. He introduced us to Jim and he was willing to work with our requested sticker price. He also geniunely wanted to know what he could do to make us Burt Kuni customers. Overall, we were cared for as customers, offered refreshments and all of our questions seemed valid. When we arrived at the dealership we were unsure if it was going to be the place we purchased our vehicle, but when we were finished with our purchase it was clear that we would come back to buy vehicles and get service in the future. I went in to look at a Honda and didn't expect to buy anything right away. The employees at Kuni Honda were so helpful and so nice, that I couldn't resist the deal that they gave me and ended up with a anything right away. I was sure they wouldn't be able to give me what I wanted on my trade-in, but somehow they made the numbers work for me and got the job done. I also love their Free For Life program, where I can go in any time and get my windshield washer fluid refilled and make sure my tires are filled with Nitrogen. It also allows me to come in once a quarter and get the tires rotated and the car detailed (which I LOVE). More
Mike gave me guidance / recommendations as to the replacement items (i.e. battery) from the dealership tests and the fact that I could improve (and how) the tire selection (GoodYear) on my CR-V. He helped me with the GoodYear rebate -- i.e. the information needed. He told me that I needed to check the air in my tires better when I did my home maintenance -- pressure was not high enough. He gave me tips on the tires when we requested that they be filled with nitrogen -- i.e. my own maintenance and technical details. Clair, the technician, explained in detail the diagnostic tests my CR-V failed. I like to understand technically the maintenance that needs to be done. I always struggle with checking my automatic transmission fluid. Clair explained how they do it a the dealship which will help me greatly when I do car checks. The user manual did not provide that information. More
