The day before visiting Kuni Honda my father and I went to Hyundai across the street and found the customer service to be 'mediocre' at best. When we went to Kuni Honda we were offered snacks and beverages, and everyone working there seemed to be working towards helping the customer, or consumer in my instance, instead of trying to get that quick sale. David, our car salesman, was very informative, modest, and an overall great guy to work with. He took time to make sure that our needs and wants were met. I'm proud to drive in my new 2012 civic coupe, the only draw back is that now I have to drive all my friends around haha. More

The salespeople didn't listen and I even started giving out my own business cards with the vehicles we were interested in written on the back. It wasn't until we arrived at Kuni Honda did things turn around from the moment we arrived. It was a busy day but we were greeted immediately and told a salesperson would be with us shortly. Justin sat down with us and took notes as we discussed our needs. He really listened, was professional and covered everything with us. However, my recent experience buying a new 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L at Kuni Honda may have changed my mind about car buying. I had a very good experience dealing with Product Specialist, Cameron Morris. He was very pleasant, courteous, and not pushy in any way. A winning factor in working with Cameron is he remembered his job was to help the customer. The focus was on the auto selection and what the customer would prefer. All too often sales representatives will talk about themselves (this is not helpful). Cameron helped to make the whole car buying process as easy as 1-2-3. Now-a-days with so much information available on the Internet there is a certain about of pre-price shopping readily available. We compared prices on the Internet and with the other auto dealerships in the area. Kuni Honda was the only dealership willing to match a quote from another dealership, and even better the final price for the new Honda Pilot. Since I live out of town and needed to return soon, the Service Department was very accommodating with my schedule to prepare the new car with the extra accessories in good time. Also, noticeable was the overall cleanliness of the the Showroom and Service area. It was a pleasure doing business with Kuni Honda. More
