I had been searching for used Honda Odyssey's all over Colorado and southern Wyoming, when I found one at Kuni Honda that had relative low miles. I live in Fort Collins, and drove 75 miles to their dealership, when I got there my wife and I looked at the first Odyssey, and the color didn't work for us. Then we looked at the one that we ended up buying, and the rest was history. There was no pressure sales involved, and everyone seemed very personable. Recently our other car had been totaled in an accident, so this van was going to be a replacement, needless to say, the car buying experience was the best part of the whole process. I had to come back to pick up the van because they needed to do a detail job on it, when I returned two days latter a lot of the employees in the used car department were the same ones that were there on Saturday, they recognized me and thanked me again for buying from them. Thanks again. More

This is by far the worst dealership that i have ever been to and would defiantly not recommend to anyone. I purchase vehicles about every two years with never a problem i chose to go to Kuni Honda for a land to and would defiantly not recommend to anyone. I purchase vehicles about every two years with never a problem i chose to go to Kuni Honda for a land rover that i felt was an awesome deal but turned out the deal was not worth all of the headache that came along with working with these people. No one at the dealership had any sense as to what was going on. I initially called the dealership and spoke with a gentleman named Trent who was extremely courteous to inquire about a land rover i was interested in purchasing. Trent informed me the vehicle was still available so i went to the dealership no more than an hour later, when i arrived at the dealership I met my sales associate James, who showed me the car. The car was not even in running condition having transmission problems, which no one decided to inform me before I drove an hour one way. i decided to still purchase the vehicle after the dealership had agreed on getting a few things fixed before I would purchase. i then proceeded to pay the full asking price of the vehicle. i later spoke with my sales associate as well as his manager with still no definite response to any of my questions after I purchased the vehicle, in cash mind you.the dealership had agreed to fix the problems with the vehicle and I was to pick the vehicle up 4-5 days later as they were waiting on a part. I received one call stating the car would be ready the following Monday or Tuesday and would hear a response by monday morning. I patiently waited with no response so I decided to call in around 1pm on that monday to see if the car would be ready for pick up either later on in the day or on tuesday. I was transferred to my sales associates cell were he informed me he was at Walmart picking up his girlfriends prescription and would return my call in 10-15 minutes. i then waited 2 hours with no response so once again called in he was not available so I was directed to his manager who also had no idea what was going on with the car that I had just purchased the manager once again informed me that he would call me back as well after rudely informing me " i am not the only person buying a car." the sales associate called me back no more than 15 minutes later asking why i would call his manager and argued with me for about 5 minutes until i decided to be the adult in the situation and told him we were getting no were and if he could just let me know when the car would be ready. i am still waiting on the car that i purchased 5 days ago and have no definite response as to when it will be ready. More
