We came to Kuni Honda looking for a good used Honda for my daughter. Justin was very friendly and helpful in showing us a 2001 Civic that fit her budget. I called for an oil change appt. and spoke to Melissa the receptionist in the service dept. by phone. She was so friendly, didn't rush me to get me off the phone and was easy to understand when I asked her q receptionist in the service dept. by phone. Today my oil change appt. found me greeted by Roberta Callow. She was friendly, anticipated and answered my questions, was calm, confident and relaxed. Directed me where to wait, that there were snacks and drinks available while I waited and the appprox. time the service would take. She even walked me out to my car part way, to esure I found it after the service. Very impressed on my end. This was the best customer service I've ever had. I was very impressed with Skip's friendliness when I arrived. He showed me to his computer area where he wrote up the work to be done on my van. He verified everything with my signature and said the w arrived. He showed me to his computer area where he wrote up the work to be done on my van. He came back within an hour and informed me that they did the service that I requested and he also replaced a temperature hose that had a leak in it. He was on top of his job and the technicians were as well to notice it had a leak, when I didn't even notice that it did. His service was great. He got me in and out in a quick amount of time since I was waiting for it to be worked on. I would recommend Kuni Honda service and Skip as well to my friends that own Honda's. Keep up the great service! More

Dealing with Kuni Honda was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered from a dealership. We were looking to purchase a specific vehicle for about 1 year and found what we were looking for on Kun I have ever encountered from a dealership. We were looking to purchase a specific vehicle for about 1 year and found what we were looking for on Kuni’s website. We scheduled a time with Natalie to look at this vehicle on a Monday evening and confirmed with her 1 hour before driving 60 miles to the dealership to make sure it was still available. She said it was so we drove to the dealership to find out that Natalie was not there like she said she would be and to find out that we wouldn’t be working with her anyway because she was just in the BDC. We were handed off to Justin who went searching for the keys and the vehicle. After a considerable time waiting he came back and informed us the vehicle we drove 60 miles to see was not available to look at and was currently at the Nissan dealer getting something fixed. Justin did get a sales manager involved which all in all said sorry we will let you know when it is back from getting fixed. No solution was presented at the time we were there, we were only told by Justin they would follow up with us on Tuesday as to when it would be available to look at and what they could do to make it right. We did not receive a call Tuesday so we decided to call that afternoon and were told by Justin that it was scheduled to be back the following day. Again we were told we would get an update on Wednesday and again no word from anyone. Wednesday evening comes along and still no word so I call once again, Justin is off and no manager is available so I was transferred to Chris’s voice mail. I explained the entire situation and left a call back number. We waited till Friday and still no call back so I called once again and spoke with Tim who I explained the entire situation to again and was put on hold so he could check on the status. When he came back to the call I was informed that the Vehicle had sold 2 days prior and that he was sorry no one followed up with us. No one ever attempted to follow through with what they had promised and they all seemed uninterested in making a sale. We expressed how interested we were in the vehicle initially and were told that we would be the first ones contacted when it was available to see. I would advise everyone to stay away from this dealer! Jeff More
Daniel and I walked into Kuni Honda with a coupon and a idea to buy a car by Monday. Randy delivered with courteousness and knowledge.
