I bought the car from this dealership and I get most of my service on the car there. They do a great job of explaining to me what needs to be done and what they are replacing or repairing. They have recently included a packet that displays the issues that the mechanic sees as critical or ones that will need attention. It includes a description of what it does and what happens over time when not repaired. I value this as I ask my friends that know more about cars than I do. More

He was not at all pushy, and took the time necessary to get me comfortable with the vehicles available. Once I did decide to purchase a vehicle, he was even more helpful with all the paperwork that followed. And, he made sure that on a very tight turnaround, my vehicle was processed and redy to go with everything just as I wanted it. Overall, I was most pleased with him, the price I was able to get for my trade in as well as the price I ultimately ended up with on the new vehicle. The service representive was very helpful and after a series of questions had a good ideal of what was necessary to resolve the problem. After inspecting the vechicle, he also suggested a few minor adju series of questions had a good ideal of what was necessary to resolve the problem. James listened to my needs and wants regarding purchasing a car. He was very impressive and it was obvious that this dealership put some time and effort into training employees. He kept me informed and was upfront and honest, he navigated me through the whole process from demonstration through finance options and went out of his way to make sure that this purchase was a smooth transition.
