Dear joysliasophia I again want to apologize for the perception that you had be lied to, in my fact finding I did discover two things that impacted our time estimate for you. 1. We called to order the part (of your non Honda vehicle) and were informed that they had the part. When we arrived to get the part we were then made aware that we would have to redirect to another location on 104th. 2. Our Tech worked very hard to get your vehicle ready but, did have some challenges that required extra time. It was my understanding that your Service Advisor kept you updated as progress was made. None of this of course is any consolation for you and how you were impacted by this reality. As far as the part not being covered under warranty, not everything is however, I am confident that your Service Advisor did communicate why it was not covered. If you have any other questions related to warranty, I would be happy to talk with you about it. Again, I am sincerely sorry for your delay getting out of town as planned, we did do our best Kind Regards, Art Skramstad Parts and Service Director Kuni Honda on Arapahoe
