I own a 2004 Honda CRV, bought new at Kuni Honda, and serviced only at this location. I have been very happy with the service we receive at Kuni and I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent se serviced only at this location. I have been very happy with the service we receive at Kuni and I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent service we experienced recently. Our side mirror needed replacement. After having the car reviewed, the part was ordered. I had to return to the dealership on a separate visit in order to have the mirror fixed which is an 80 mile round trip. Chris Zimmerman had the part ready and installed in record time and gave us a very generous discount too. He was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thanks Chris for helping us out! When I first walked in the door, I could tell everyone was very friendly and not stand offish like other dealers I had visited. They directed me immediately to a sales person, Justin, who helped me out. H was very friendly and not stand offish like other dealers I had visited. They directed me immediately to a sales person, Justin, who helped me out. He was up front and honest about the 2007 Honda Civic I was interested in. He helped me stay close to my budget and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Financing was quick and painless. Only negatives were it took over an hour to get the car cleaned and detailed and still don't have all the keys and manuals that are supposed to come with the car. I also was hoping to get more from my trade-in but understand the dealership has to make money somewhere off of it. I would definitely recommend going here, especially if interested in a Honda. More

For instance, the total time at the dealership from test drive to driving the car home was just under two hours, even better than when we bought another Honda from Kuni three years ago. Wes was a joy to work with, professional (with just the right amount of casual thrown in), and no high-pressure gimmicks. Carol was our initial contact on-line, helping us sort through the final configuration in which we were interested, along with coming up with a competitive price. Definitely a pleasant experience overall! More
