I went to this dealer just to get a couple of recalls corrected. I made an appointment and dropped off the car at 740 am, 5 minutes early. I told them that I needed the car by 4pm. I never got a call all day to find out any updates on the car. At 350 pm I called to find out if it was completed. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I was told that it was not done and that there were 7 cars ahead of it and they would not get to it today. I was told that I could get a loaner car and use that. It was not unlit after 5pm that I was on my way home, I did tell them that I needed the car by 4pm. The next morning I get a call from bill at 930am, the first call I received from them at all, to tell me of everything that they would like to do as a recommendation, total being in excess of $300. I told him no and I needed to pick up the car by noon. At 1100 I still had not heard back and called, the first person took my information and told me Bill was on the phone and he would call back. I waited till 1130 and called back, she transfered me to bill and I left a Voice mail, at 1150 still no call back. I called again and the receptionist said "oh are you the one that called earlier about your fit" I told her I was and she said oh yeah its ready. Why they did not tell me sooner I have no idea. On my way to pick up the car I finally get a call from Bill to tell me it is ready. This has to be the worst service I have ever had at a dealership. More

During the time we were at the dealership all of the features of the two cars we were deciding between were presented to us and we were allowed to make our purchasing decision without pressure. Once our decision was made Jim and Omar helped us through the process in a very expeditious manner. They provided us with approximate wait times which was very helpful since we were in the dealership with 2 children. All of the features of the van were reviewed with us and everything was presented in an easy-to-understand way (plain language/layman's terms). We had a very pleasant experience and will recommend this dealership to others. More

I came there looking for a vehicle to handle the harsh weather of MN, and found just the ticket with a super-clean 200 at Kuni, and with good reason. The trade-in was fair, interest was fair, and overall both Chris and Jeff made it so. It felt like I was at a Cadillac Dealership, not honda.
