We bought a late model Honda Accord from Kuni Honda yesterday. Our sales rep was Josh, who was quick and efficient in handling our questions and needs. He was very professional and friendly. He sold the sizzle, while the car sold itself !!!! He treated my 17 year old son really nice and spent the time getting to know us. I think the deal came in close to my target price and i felt good with my purchase when i left the dealership. and the really important thing the folks at KUNI did was offer us refreshments and time to talk among ourselves. over the past 30 years, i've purchased a number of cars and trucks. I like the fact that this firm allowed us as a family to discuss the pros and cons about the vehicle in private as compared to the "good cop/bad cop" routine with sales folks hovering all over you... Kuni seems to have established that kind of relationship with it's customer base and i hope to drive this vehicle for a long long time...... More

Took in my "new to me" 04 Element (I had purchased at TGS Auto Outlet) for an unfulfilled recall. Was treated as if I had just purchased a new one from them by Chris Zimmerman. Got the repai purchased at TGS Auto Outlet) for an unfulfilled recall. Was treated as if I had just purchased a new one from them by Chris Zimmerman. Got the repair done & a free thorough inspection, fixed a headlight that just blew and walked away spending less than $20 for all that! I celebrated by visiting parts & got a key that would've cost me $150 if AAA had to make it, or $85-90 at a locksmith for $59. I will be back! More
Our newly purchased, used car, had to be taken back to the shop for maintenance because it was overheating and leaking coolant. After getting it back the first time, we paid the deductible but it was stil the shop for maintenance because it was overheating and leaking coolant. We returned the car a second time and were told we were going to have to pay additional fee, plus another dedcutible, to have the car fixed. Roberta Callow worked with us and talked to the Jaguar representitive to have the problem rectified, with no charge to us. She definitely took the time to understand that the issue would/could have been resolved the first time the car was in the shop. Roberta went to bat for us and we are extremely appreciative for her time and understanding. Thanks so much to Roberta! She saved us time, frustration and money! The issue has been fixed and our car is running great. This is what I call excellent customer service. More
My daughter and I were looking for a good used car and came to Kuni Honda to see a car that was listed online, turns out, after talking to the head mechanic, we were told that Kuni wouldn't sell us that c came to Kuni Honda to see a car that was listed online, turns out, after talking to the head mechanic, we were told that Kuni wouldn't sell us that car because it wasn't safe. We were then shown four other car by Josh Brackett, that were in my price range without ever being pressured to spend more then we wanted. We were able to look around and ask questions, then test drive them without feeling like we had to be on guard for a scam. Josh was very knowledgeable and really cared about the safety of the car as well as the price. We were pleasantly surprised when they even adjusted the clutch and fixed a wire on the airbag at no additional cost to me. We are very pleased with the whole experience and happy with the car. Serhiy was a great salesman and took the time pinpoint the cars that might interest me. He knew I wanted a somewhat sporty car with a sunroof and tried to find the colors that I liked.
