This is the second car I have purchased from Kuni Honda, both of my experiences have been wonderful. Our sales man Larry was terrific. On our 4th vechicle from Kuni-Honda!!!... A big thank you to "CAMERON MORRIS". This guy listened to my needs, and patiently went over all the options. Went in looking for a used awd suv. I had already been to a few dealerships that morning and was feeling a little cranky having to deal with all the smarmy and shady salesmen. However, Justin was a great laid back guy, went through an absolute ton of used cars with me this afternoon until I settled on the crv. Helped me find a good price and interest rate so I could walk out feeling good about my payment. Sat down and showed me all their documentation. He was very upfront and honest, which was REFRESHING while trying to buy a car. I don't normally write reviews but I'm doing this because Justin was so nice and made buying my new car such a breeze. larry was very knowledgable of the Honda Accord. Jim and Larry both worked with me for 3 days and 2 vehicles as the first one was sold. Highly recommend Kuni Honda. Had a relaxing and simple experience, which seems rather hard to come by these days while trying to purchase a vehicle. Never felt pressured. Scheduled a time to visit Kuni after responding to an on-line ad for a used 4Runner. I arrived and was met by a salesperson who said he would be working with me. We walked through the lot but weren’t a on-line ad for a used 4Runner. I arrived and was met by a salesperson who said he would be working with me. We walked through the lot but weren’t able to locate the vehicle I had inquired about 3 hours earlier. However, we did find another vehicle, same make, model and one year newer but a lot more miles, on the front lot. As we walked through the lot the salesperson pointed out a similar body style vehicle but different make. I was not really interested though. So we walked back to the dealership where the salesperson asked me to wait outside. He came back and had the keys to the vehicle he suggested and asked if I wanted to test drive it. I declined and asked about the 4runner I inquired about earlier and reason I stopped by. He said the vehicle I had inquired about was already sold and said just a minute I’ll go get the keys to the other 4Runner. He came back and said the 2nd 4Runner was not available for some reason. He thought it had been sold too, but wasn’t sure and didn’t offer to find out. According to the salesperson that was all the 4Runners they had. And again offered to let me test drive the vehicle he suggested. He didn’t offer to take my name, number, or even call me back when he found out for sure about availability of the 2nd 4Runner I found. Or maybe to call me if they took in a trade in the near future. I really felt my business to them was not important from the way the salesperson acted. I sent an email to Amanda immediately upon leaving explaining my frustration that 1. The salesperson didn’t seem to have any clue as to what was going on and made no effort to find out. And that both vehicles I was interested in were sold or otherwise unavailable in a 3 hour time frame. 2. The salesperson was insistent on pushing the vehicle he suggested without listening to what I wanted to purchase. She never responded. More
