My experiences with the service department have never been good. This time was no exception. It took an entire 24 hours for them to get back to us and even tell us what the problem was. I have never had to wait that long at other dealerships. They never answer the phone when you do call. You have to wait for them to call you back. When I complained to Ms. Callow, I found her to be rather rude. She made excuses like "Well we've taken in 179 cars today". Not my fault. Maybe you need to hire more help. What happened to the day when the customer was always right? Last time my car was in there, I finally had to drive over there to get to talk to someone as no one was returning my calls. The entire problem could be solved if you were given an estimate in a reasonable period of time. For example, my husband just dropped off his GMC and he will be told this afternoon what the problem is. That is more typical. More

I liked working with the user cars sales teams here. We finalized the deal in less than half an hour and things worked out pretty fine. I found some scratches on the car which the sales team promised to fi finalized the deal in less than half an hour and things worked out pretty fine. I found some scratches on the car which the sales team promised to fix before handing over the car in two days. They did certify the car as promised however couldn't fix the scratches in the given time for which I had to go again. Andrew was very helpful and he even shared his mobile number with me and was readily available to help whenever required. I went to free for life car wash once and the experience wasn't that great this time. They didn't give me an estimate of service time required and I had to wait there for two hours to get my car back after washing and the service person told me that car brakes are reaching their life though the car went through Honda certification just a month back. Overall experience was good and quick. Will see how long brakes last. More
I had been looking for a car for sometime. I was not in a hurry. I found an Accord that I liked with low miles on the internet at Kuni. My wife and I went to look at the car. We both liked it. The price dropped twice in the 3rd week to what I thought was a more reasonable price. My wife and I decided to take the car for a test drive. Scott Wilde was our sales rep. He was a very pleasant young man. He answered my questions to the best of his ability and basically stayed out of the way of my decision making process. I liked that. I bought the car. The day after I bought the car, the TPMS light came on. There was a problem. Audrey was the service person I dealt with. She did a very good job with customer service. The problem was fixed to my satisfaction. I have a favorable impression of Kuni Honda because of Scott and Audrey. I do not want to register for or log into anything. More
