My experiences with the service department have never been good. This time was no exception. It took an entire 24 hours for them to get back to us and even tell us what the problem was. I have never h been good. This time was no exception. It took an entire 24 hours for them to get back to us and even tell us what the problem was. I have never had to wait that long at other dealerships. They never answer the phone when you do call. You have to wait for them to call you back. When I complained to Ms. Callow, I found her to be rather rude. She made excuses like "Well we've taken in 179 cars today". Not my fault. Maybe you need to hire more help. What happened to the day when the customer was always right? Last time my car was in there, I finally had to drive over there to get to talk to someone as no one was returning my calls. The entire problem could be solved if you were given an estimate in a reasonable period of time. For example, my husband just dropped off his GMC and he will be told this afternoon what the problem is. That is more typical. More
