The GPS/phone system on my new car is amazing. I love it. I went to the dealer for help, and to be honest, they didn't know how to do everything. Our salesman, Larry Mendez, treated us with the utmost respect. He listened to our wishes and looked at our options. When we were serious he helped us with our options and worked with the closer. When looking for a reliable used car, I stopped into Kuni Honda to check out what vehicles they had to offer. Andrew Loughrey approached us and was very friendly and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us in to getting something we knew we didn't want and/or couldn't afford. We found a 2010 Mazda3. Test drove it and even though we really liked this car, we didn't want too be hasty in our decision making. Andrew was very understanding and talked to us about our decision to look at other cars at other dealerships. He, also, seemed to get to know us personnally in the short amount of time we were really there. It was like he was interested in more then just making a sale. He was part of our reasoning in coming back and trying to purchase the first car we test drove. Other dealerships seemed to want us to buy a car and we were just a sale to them. Everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and caring at Kuni Honda. To name just a couple that stand out as well, are James Webber, Finance Director, worked very hard to get us a payment we could afford. And, Barry in the Finance Department, was a tremendous help in explaining what everything meant and making sure we understood what was being signed. He, too, was very personable and easy to work with. We even ended up getting some extra perks that we hadn't asked for. What!? Who does that? Andrew, James and Barry @ Kuni Honda, That's who!!!! More
I came into the dealership looking to sell my used car. Usually whenever I have to go to a car dealership I dread it. Most of the time the people are pushy and unhelpful. Serhiy was punctual and first and kind enough to offer me some water:)The rest of the evening he spent with me and was very thorough and informative, he was always so kind and answered every single question I had. He stayed with me very late and the whole time I could tell he was really trying to help me. I left so pleased with my experience and hope full that all my future dealership visits will be like this one. I now know that the cars at Kuni Honda are awesome but so is the staff! Brooke More

Have done business with this dealer three times in the past and twice the experience was negative. The most recent, I brought my car in for service to fix the TPMS and they returned it without solving th past and twice the experience was negative. The most recent, I brought my car in for service to fix the TPMS and they returned it without solving the problem. The service guy handed me the keys with an idiot light on...hmm? That's seems like a sign not all is right? I tried to disengage the VSA (the reason I brought it in for service to begin with)....wouldn't disengage. The service guy on duty, Chris, does some research. Oh, if the tire pressure light is on the VSA will not disengage. Not to worry, we'll check the tire pressure and get it fixed. An hour later, and many trips around the block to get it to reset, they concluded it needed to go back to service. Unhappy, I ask Chris to have the service manager call me. "Can he call you between 7-7:30AM"? Sure. I get up early and when do I receive that call? 9:45AM. Root cause? The tech didn't do his job right the first time. Sorry, your customer service needs an overhaul. More
