By far the best car buying experience we have ever had, we had bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey at kuni last week. Randy was an excellent car salesman for me. I had been looking for a car for about 4 months and each dealership I got involved with didn't really treat me with respect or think of me as anything other tha looking for a car for about 4 months and each dealership I got involved with didn't really treat me with respect or think of me as anything other than a dollar amount. Until I ran into Kuni and Randy. Excellent service, I was treated as an equal. Only problem so far is that they sold me a car and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and I'm already having problems with the car (minor problems) and the extended warranty I purchased hasn't even been registered (2 weeks now...) I live nearly 2 hours away from Kuni Honda and I'm unable to get my car fixed or figure out if I can go somewhere else until they catch up with the warranty. I spoke with the warranty company and I was told the paperwork can be sent electronically and be entered in the next morning. 2 weeks and I can't really think of an excuse for this. Aside from that though, great experience and I hope to get my car fixed soon. More

James was our sales rep. He greeted us in the rain on Saturday and took us around to the the new Honda Pilots 2013 touring. James knew we loved the car and so he worked with Jim to get the price in right area where we would feel comfortable with the payments. He assisted us in getting a fair deal on our trade in. Overall the experience was great and by Monday evening i was driving home in a new car. James' customer service was superb. This was not the first Honda dealship we had visited, but it is the one we will be going back to. More
