Scott pointed us to a used Honda Civic, telling us that he didn't know how long it would be there, and it was a "great deal". He even offered that the dealership would pay $1,000 towards the extended Honda warranty. However, behind the scenes, he charged us for the entire amount of the warranty, plus 'gap insurance' on a car that had been there for six months, adding $2195 to the purchase price. Additionally, it was night, and the car wasn't supposed to have any scratches or dents larger than a quarter. The next morning we saw the damaged car doors. Additionally, they didn't give us the paperwork so we could review it during the 'cooling off' period. I had to go back three times and send 3 emails and 2 texts to get it. I am so sorry I ever set foot in that dealership. More

He was very patient while I was very wishy-washy on the whole decision. Ron was very knowledgeable about the different trims and packages the Civics were available in, and always answered my questions thoroughly. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into the decision. The title of this review says it all. I want to add that this is the only dealership we have ever visited where everyone was conscious of not wasting our time. Imagine that! We let them know ahead of time what we wanted and that was what they wanted to give us: no less and (surprisingly) no more. We took a test drive, closed on the deal, did the paperwork, were given a thorough checkout on the new vehicle and were on our way home with the new car in ninety minutes. We drove 65 miles past several other Honda dealers to buy this car and we are so glad that we did. I strongly recommend Diedre and Kuni Honda. More
