Horrible Experience They wore us down after several hours of negotiating. We are in our mid 70's and should have known better, especially when they offered us a ridiculo They wore us down after several hours of negotiating. We are in our mid 70's and should have known better, especially when they offered us a ridiculous price for our trade in. They shoved several papers in front of us to sign and even had us promise to buy a car if they came down to our price! When it was all said and done....they didn't come down to our price.....we gave up a lot of extras to get to the price! Our initial salesman, Ron, was ok but he couldn't do any negotiating His hands were tied & had to get the "big guns" from the back offices (several) to break us. They used typical salesmen tactics..We paid for extras we didn't get, like the auto hatch opener. After getting a hitch installed it no longer works and they just throw up their hands to it. After we got home with terrible headaches we asked ourselves....."what did we do"??!! They didn't work with us at all.....we were buffaloed....they had dollar signs in their eyes and we should have seen it coming and walked out at the beginning. We called service to get the auto hatch opener to work and was never called back We took it in today and was told there wasn't anything they could do about it! A feature we paid for! We are thoroughly disgusted. More
Horrible Service I recently bought a used car from this horrible dealership. I was promised multiple repairs on the car- if I agreed to purchase the car, which I did. I recently bought a used car from this horrible dealership. I was promised multiple repairs on the car- if I agreed to purchase the car, which I did. The shady salesman promised me the repairs would be made on a Saturday which was a lie- according to their Service dept he was very well aware that the repairs my car needed could only be done on a Monday so I had to take time off of work to bring it in. After I signed the paperwork for my purchase I had to email the Sales Manager twice just to get them to schedule my promised repairs. When I finally got my car into the shop, they had to send it to a second dealership for help with one repair. However, in total they had my car for 9 days and did NOT complete all promised repairs. When I emailed them to let them know on 10/12/18, I was told my concerns would be forwarded and have not heard anything from the dealership or service dept at all. I also included pictures in my email of what they missed/didn’t repair but apparently they don’t care. Worst experience with a dealership ever. Horrible customer service and absolutely no follow up. Was very unprofessional and wasted my time during my visit I came to find out about the prices on their Honda Fit cars. All I wanted to know was the cost of the lease and the financing options of the cheapest I came to find out about the prices on their Honda Fit cars. All I wanted to know was the cost of the lease and the financing options of the cheapest car on their lot. When we parked our car, James Maxwell was standing at the entrance to the building. He started by asking if he can help us with anything. I told him we just want the price for the cheapest car they have. First, he mentioned that all the prices are on the internet but with a slight difference on the tax for different locations. Then when my wife and I asked him about the exact price, he refused to even try and find out what it was if we are not going to test drive the car. I never test drive a car when I buy it and I told him that I don't have enough time to do it and that I just want to have a price so I can compare with other cars. He said he wasn’t going to do that, so we all stood up and he escorted us to the door and was holding it open until we left... He made us feel completely unwelcome. I did not like it and right before I got to my car, I came back to get his name. He gave me his card and I left. While my wife was driving away, the Manager of the place came to our car and asked us to wait. It took him 3-5 min to talk to us and give us the prices that we came for and answered all the questions my wife and I had. It was very unprofessional for James Maxwell to behave like that and waste my time. Really hope that more people like his manager work in those dealerships and not people like James. I would give him 0 stars if it was an option. More

Buying my first new car I really needed a new car but wasnt sure I could get one. Everyone at this dealership treated me so well and were so kind and helpful. From the sales I really needed a new car but wasnt sure I could get one. Everyone at this dealership treated me so well and were so kind and helpful. From the salesman who took me on a test drive and taught me about all the features of my new car to the gentleman in the finance department who helped me get my loan. Read everything they make you sign; Scott's not honest Dropped in on a Friday night when there were no other customers in the store. We wanted a used car for a teen driver and a new car for me. Scott pointed us to a used Honda Civic, telling us that he didn't know how long it would be there, and it was a "great deal". He even offered that the dealership would pay $1,000 towards the extended Honda warranty. However, behind the scenes, he charged us for the entire amount of the warranty, plus 'gap insurance' on a car that had been there for six months, adding $2195 to the purchase price. Additionally, it was night, and the car wasn't supposed to have any scratches or dents larger than a quarter. The next morning we saw the damaged car doors. Additionally, they didn't give us the paperwork so we could review it during the 'cooling off' period. I had to go back three times and send 3 emails and 2 texts to get it. I am so sorry I ever set foot in that dealership. More
