Ive worked in dealerships my whole life so I know the kinda stuff they try and pull. He didn't, I told him what i wanted and he found it. No upgrades, No up-sells just exactly what was right for me. Not only that, after we departed i hear from roman about every other month. Checking up on me, asking if i still enjoy the car. This man will get mine and my families business as long as he sells cars. More

Good experience at Kuni We appreciated working with Ron. About 2 months ago we stopped in just to look at the various models and test drive a few cars. We were just doing res We appreciated working with Ron. About 2 months ago we stopped in just to look at the various models and test drive a few cars. We were just doing research. We shared with Ron what we were looking for. Ron kept his eye out for us and let us know about a vehicle that fit our desires and budget about two weeks ago. We ended up purchasing the vehicle for a good price. We were a little disappointed that we were told that we could make a simple deposit on the vehicle and come back to test drive it the next day (since it wasn’t ready yet to be test driven). We agreed to make the deposit but that quickly turned into our actually purchasing the vehicle on paper and then having to turn the vehicle back in under Kuni’s 72 hour return policy had we not liked the vehicle. Our credit would have already been checked and documents signed and hours spent at the dealership only to turn a car back in that we didn’t like after a test drive. So, that process was not great. Would have much preferred to simply put in $1,000 refundable deposit prior to being able to test drive the car. We also had to ask that the 72 hour return policy be changed to start when we actually took the vehicle as opposed to when we were signing the paperwork. That seemed a little underhanded. It was a fine experience at Kuni but some things were about what I’ve come to expect at car dealerships. I would work with Ron again. More

Sales was average. ALWAYS something an issue with service. Bought my new 2018 Honda FIT SPORT here. Scott was fine, average, quick, little b.s. and got me on my way quickly. Every other time in the dealership since my purchase in passing he walks right past me nothing said, not even a hello. Have taken the car here for all oil changes except 1. and all warranty work, plus a few minor repairs of my own doing. I bring my car to the Honda dealership and expect to pay a little more. I also expect that it will be done correctly every time. There always seems to be something with the service department. once I left and they didnt put 2 valve stem caps back on the wheels. twice the tire pressures were all different. once they didnt put the dipstick back in all the way and oil went all over a 2 month old engine. they offered a free oil change, I explained I just want it done correctly. One time I got all a call a few days after service asking for $100 since they forgot to collect a deductable. recenty took me car in for an oil change and tranny flush. asked them to check the check engine light. turns out it needed all kinds of stuff (under warranty) they set me up with a rental. parts came in 3 days except for the catalytic converter, which took 6. i came back on day 7 and it took the service writer 2 hours to complete my paperwork even though I told him I would be in at 7am on the dot to pick up my car. Days later the service writer called me asking for 4 days of rental car fees to pay enterprise. I explained enterprise took down my credit card they can bill me or contact me. he said since enterprise billed Kuni, I would have to pay the dealership to pay Enterprise. This is the last contact I made or will make with Kuni. I will be going to Schomp or Planet Honda and give them my business. More
