Our previous experience in purchasing a new car from Kuni and our satisfaction with experiences with Kuni's service department made us open to this suggestion. We made an appointment for 2 days later to come to the dealership. Roger Beck was our sales person. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our concerns and answered them thoroughly and professionally. We had been considering either a CRV or van to meet our need for a vehicle that was easier to get in and out of than our sedan. The CRV on the display floor caught our attention. Roger showed other CRV's currently on the lot but we were still felt that the floor model met all of our needs - and wants, as well. We never felt pressured to make a purchase on the spot and were able to come to a decision easily. Our experience with both financial people was also positive. Our negotiations for the trade-in were pleasant and we were able to come to a mutually acceptable number without any problem. The processing of our paperwork was efficient and timely, despite our visit on a busy Friday afternoon. Everything about our experience was very positive and we have no hesitation in recommending Kuni Honda to our friends and family. More

We came into Kuni Honda to purchase a used car on June 29th and purchased a used 2005 Dodge Neon. The product presenter was Phil Tumis. Phil was helpful and we submitted a survey reflecting our satisfaction with Phil. We picked the car up the following Monday after it had gone through a "Safety Inspection". Immediately after picking up the car, I let Phil know that we were hearing noises from the engine. He informed me that I would have to contact Brent McMillen, which I did. Brent NEVER returned my calls. Finally, the car broke down in a residential area and had to be towed to your repair shop. We went into Kuni Honda and expressed our concern over the car. Brent said he would "make it right". Our car sat in your shop for over 3 weeks. We left message after message with Brent, who NEVER ONCE returned our calls. When I was finally able to reach Brent, he made the comment that "repairs wasn't his business" and I would have to deal with service. I was shocked at his complete disregard for customer service, where his shop was willing to sell us a car, but the minute we had problems with it, this was no longer his concern. I will NEVER come back to Kuni Honda, nor would I recommend Kuni Honda to anyone based on my experience with Brent. His follow up and professionalism was very poor to say the least. More
I must say I was probably an easy sale, since I had my eye on the same used Subaru Outback for a few weeks. Even then the price was great and I got a reasonable deal for my 2000 Ford Ranger 186,000 miles on it for trade in. Overall my experience was great for my first "real car purchase". Monty was very professional and knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and I greatly appreciated his friendliness! They only downside was how long I was actually at the car dealership, but I just had to go on a SUPER busy day. They did everything to try and push me through as fast as possible though and the whole process was pretty painless. Thanks Monty! More

I wanted to trade in my Toyota for a bigger, AWD with winter coming up and decided to go with the Honda CRV. After a great deal of research and reading MANY online reviews of dealerships, I decided to go to Kuni based on their excellent ratings and the wide variety of used CRV's available. We made a great choice! Our salesperson Andy was helpful and friendly, and even offered to charge my cell phone so that my son had something to play with during the process. Justin helped us get a good value on our trade-in and even honored an online coupon that I had printed but forgot at home. They did everything to help us find the right car at the right price. The value-added services of their "Free For Life" program was a really nice bonus. There was no pressure at all, and we were made to feel very at home and comfortable. Buying a car is always a long process, but it seemed to go by much quicker with the good service and friendliness that Kuni offers. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to friends and family!
