This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had working with a dealership. The salesman was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and what working with a dealership. The salesman was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and what our situation was and did a great job of steering us to the perfect car to fit our needs. He did such a great job of understanding our needs that we only test drove two cars and our decision really came down to price, color and features. It was the first time I felt like the salesman was on my side - not the dealership's. In addition, the management was awesome. Several managers came over to meet us, asked if there was anything they could do for us, and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Once we settled on the right car, our salesman made everything run smooth. We were given a generous amount for our trade-in and they didn't play around with the numbers so the deal we were getting was very clearly understood. Way to go Kuni - and "kudos" to our salesman, Chris Squires, for the job he did!! More

My husband and I felt very secure in working with Monty through the purchase of our new CR-V, and were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. When I brought the vehicle in for the additional work to be completed, he made certain I was taken care of, including the use of a loaner for the day. Also, Monty followed up with me to complete personal settings and features. He also said that I could always go back to fine tune these settings, once I get used to my new vehicle. My husband told me that Monty Ewing was the best sales representative he has worked with, and I could not agree more. More

Left CD's in the changer of my previous vehicle and Monty grabbed them right away. His follow up has been great. My only complaint at this point is the car only came with one key which doesn't seem reasonable. Just for a valet key is over $150. As a courtesy and exceptional customer service they should include two keys with all used cars. At this time, I would recommend Kuni Honda. More

From the minute I got out of my car on the Kuni lot I knew I would leave with a newer car. After previewing CR-Vs on line and at other dealerships, I had decided on a 2010 or 2011 in Glacier Blue. Rog knew I would leave with a newer car. After previewing CR-Vs on line and at other dealerships, I had decided on a 2010 or 2011 in Glacier Blue. Roger met me on the lot and we looked at a 2011, but it just wasn't "IT". when we looked at the 2009 I knew I had found the one for me. Being 63 and single, I'm budget concious and the price was perfect! Roger was so helpful all through the paperwork and financing that I didn't sit for more than 15 mins without him stopping back to check in. He even let me know where to find bottled water, snacks and the restroom. Thank you so much. When I got to financing Chris was great too. Made the whole process very painless.
