I was looking to buy my first car and went to Kuni Honda because of its reviews, I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and professional. Overall I had a good experience. For being my first time buying a car from a dealer I don't have much to compare it to. If the dealer was closer to home the experience would have been better since I had to return to the dealship to return my title, old car keys and down payment check that didn't get collected by the finance department. (I did a 5 gallon courtesy to compentsate for gas) I purchased the ECP plan that I was talked into but didn't get any info on it as far as a flyer/brochure so I picked that up on the second day I was there too at which point I was also given the emissions coupon that was forgotten on the day of the sale. I was hoping we could do the ECP and the returning of keys and title etc on the same day but I didn't hear from ECP until I contacted them myself to schedule the next appt. Matt was great as there was not many questions that I had. Since I traded my vehicle he did clean out my old car and put everything in my new car for me on a very hot day. I did notice the car vibrating some and mentioned it during the test drive but it was burshed off as it being "normal" I have had some people look at it and it appears to be that my RPMs may be off a little bit, but I will be going to take it in for ECP on Thurs (two weeks after purchase) and will ask about it again. Other than the drive from Thornton it was a good experience as there was no pressure from the sales dept. More
Robert Raymer is *the* most pleasant and polite "product presenter" (sales person) you will ever meet. He was knowledgable about every vehicle we drove and was highly motivated to check on any add "product presenter" (sales person) you will ever meet. He was knowledgable about every vehicle we drove and was highly motivated to check on any additional information we needed, despite working on "no commission". Honda's service department (this vehicle replaced an 2006 we bought new at Kuni) is comfortable if you have to wait and great for a ride if you need to go home. Their "free for life" program of quarterly car washes and tire rotations, coupled with nitrogen (tires) and windshield fluid replacement whenever needed, is an added bonus. While the sales floor personnel have received a fresh approach, completely separating pricing from the sales, I can't remind the reader strongly enough to walk in with a laptop / spreadsheet and knowledge on fair pricing you research online. The pricing experience is the same as it's always been. Also, watch the paperwork in the business office super carefully - we caught errors on term, rate, AND price. The upside is that we received genuine apologies for the errors and it *was* one of the busiest weekends of the year. Overall, we're super happy with our new Honda Pilot after driving most of the competitors in the segment. Perfect blend of roominess, MPG, style and features. More

I highly recommend the Kuni Service Department. We have taken our Hondas to Kuni for a number of years and have had only positive experiences. We were surprised to find that Labor Day weekend Saturday was very busy - we told Mark that we had no time constraints. The work was done on time and at a reasonable price. An important reason that we purchased the HONDA CR-V 2013 is primarily because we were treated with excellence, professionalism, and respect in all aspects by both the salesman (Monty Ewing) and also Floor M is primarily because we were treated with excellence, professionalism, and respect in all aspects by both the salesman (Monty Ewing) and also Floor Manager (Ralph Belfonte) which gained my trust which resulted in our purchasing a new 2013 Honda CR-V during our first visit. Additionally, the vehicle that we test drove handled great, with nice options and seemed better then other competitive type SUV's that we had compared it to. More

Very pleased with the whole un-pressured commission free experience. I will definitely recommend your dealership and Philip Tumis in particular to others seeking to buy a new or used car. I only marked down the item regarding price because of Honda itself rather than the local dealership. The Japanese currency has declined 25% in the past year which would have enabled Honda to cut prices significantly on the Japan-assembled Fit and still have a fattened profit margin at the same time. By keeping their prices constant Honda is not only screwing its customers it is also undermining its own government's policy of trashing its currency in order to cheapen and increase exports and provide more jobs at home. This appears to be be in collusion with the other Japanese car makers who seem to have acted similarly in holding prices. By my measure, this Fit should have been $1500 cheaper and the company STILL would have had a 15% fatter profit margin compared to a year ago. Pardon my rant as this does not relate to the dealership. I simply do not like being screwed by big corporations that are obviously in an illegal price collusion.
