I was looking at various car manufacturers and decided a Honda Civic should be considered amongst the choices. Since I was a Costco customer, the price with the appropiate discount was offered to me. Other manufacturers were offering rebates, but Justin said "Honda does not need to". That's not what I wanted to hear, but I thought things out and still decided to go ahead with the purchase. I was okay with having to pay a little more since Honda has such a good reputation. Matt's overall help and courtesy made the whole transaction go smoothly. The one negative was the absurd amount of time spent in the finance office with an overwhelming amount of paperwork. I bought my Pilot 7 years ago at Kuni Honda. I decided I would always have it serviced there so that there would be an accurate record of everything I had done to it. Each time I came in I worked with very pleasant people but then I met Roberta. I liked her right away!! Since that day, when I call to make an appointment, I wait until Roberta is available. If she isn't able to take my call, I leave a message, and she always calls me back as soon as possible. She knows a lot about the business, but she also listens to me. No pressure about doing a service I don't want to do. I really appreciate that. She is also a people person and I enjoy talking to her on a personal level. I would think she has absolutely everything Kuni Honda wants in a person that works with the public. I'll be back in a couple of months, and you can bet I'll be asking for Roberta!
