Brandon was great. Both my husband and I thought he had a great personality for his job. We bought a used CRV and thought the price to be reasonable. (would have been more reasonable if I had not thought the oder from cigarette smoke and cleaner was 'new car' (3 years!!!??) I was not practicing 'buyer beware'. Customer service. After purchase we found NO Manuel in the car and Kuni Honda won't provide one. Which is made even worse because the expensive warranty contract (purchased from Kuni) nulls the warranty if you do not follow recommended maintenance schedule 'found' in the MANUEL we didn't get??!!! Kuni will be happy to 'order' us one. Nor will Kuni provide the extra set of keys. I believe, the car manual and a second set of keys is BASIC service, but, I suppose, I could be wrong about that. The buying atmosphere was great I could recommend Kuni Honda, but watch yourself and the small things on used vehicles before you purchase. More
Our initial contact with Kuni Honda was through the USAA Car Buying Service website. After we expressed interest in one of your Certified Used Honda Odysseys, Mr. Trenton Edmond contacted us by phone withi Car Buying Service website. After we expressed interest in one of your Certified Used Honda Odysseys, Mr. Trenton Edmond contacted us by phone within five minutes. We arranged a test drive for this past Saturday, September 21st 2013. Mr. Edmond called on Saturday morning to confirm the appointment and was very professional. When we arrived at your dealership Mr. Squires was outside to greet us as we approached. We asked for Mr. Edmond, since he was our initial point of contact, and we were immediately welcomed inside and offered refreshments while we waited for Trenton. Mr. Edmond greeted us and formally introduced us to Chris, our Product Presenter. Over then next three hours, Chris demonstrated to my family, what the experience of shopping for a vehicle should be like. He is a consummate professional and the most patient presenter I've worked with. Any employee who can conduct the majority of the day's business in your backroom kid's area should be running your entire operation. He took the time to walk us through two of your Odysseys, including test drives. His knowledge of the vehicle was right on. I have been researching different models of the Odyssey for weeks, and he still trumped me with superior knowledge. We'd like to thank you sincerely for making our experience a positive one. We didn't purchase a vehicle, but Chris worked his hardest to get us in one. Your prices were very fair and I look forward to working with your staff again in the future. I brought my New CRV into Kuni-Honda dealership on Arapahoe Rd. for my clear coat, window tinting and ECP applied inside and out. My appointment was for 9 am, I arrived early . Luckily Roberta Callow was the advisor who came to my window. God Bless Roberta, she actually helped me with this new vehicle, because the Men did not go over the inside of my vehicle. Roberta sat with me, showed me what all the buttons did, where the hood release was , went over the radio set up , and the Main thing Roberta showed me which book my code for a dead battery was and told me I would have to enter this code if or when my battery was to go dead or change the battery. She told me my car would be at dealership all day, Roberta wrote me up for a rental car, and I was off for the day. Roberta phoned me mid day to let me know what had been done on my vehicle, and that every thing would be done by 5:30 pm. I came back and Roberta went over all the details that had been performed on the vehicle, Roberta was Amazing, Roberta's service should be commended for answering my questions on this new vehicle, As a customer I am and will always make my appointments with Roberta when I bring my vehicle in for Service. I am 55 years old. I have purchased several new and used cars in my lifetime. I have to say this was the best experience of any of them. He made me very comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. Justin and the finance team were fantastic. I don't have the best credit due to a lot of medical expense, and Justin made it easy and painless. The dealership is immaculate, and everyone there is just as friendly and nice as can be, I am definitely sold on Kuni Honda and it will be my dealership of choice in the future.
