I gave this top rating because from my first call till when I picked my vehicle up, everything done and said was excellent. When I called yesterday and spoke with Roberta, I was crying as I had lost my key and had no spare. She settled me down, understood my frustration and told me to get my CRV towed to the service center. When I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, explained what would be done and the cost for same. She was so friendly that I felt I was in good hands. Then she introduced me to Mike who is the shuttle driver and he drove me to my office. Mike was polite, cordial, and friendly as well. By the time I arrived at my office, I was calm as a cucumber. Mike brought me back to the service center later that day when my CRV was ready. Upon my arrival, Roberta was ready for me, explained what was done (I hadn't brought it in for three recalls and they took care of them as well), explained pricing on all in good detail and walked me to my car. She then explained what was wrong with my interior light. Ha. Error was mine and the lights worked fine. She shook my hand, thanked me for my business, and off I went. My experience with Kuni was so positive from the way the phone was answered, to driving away, that I actually asked if there was a way that I could find a survey or something. She pointed me to this web address. Kudos upon kudos to a fantastic team of customer oriented people. I can't wait to go back for my next tune up. I hope you will share this with Roberta and Mike. They're stars. More
Went to Kuni looking for a new to us CRV. I chose Kuni because of the car inventory on line, and as soon as seeing the car in person decided to purchase the vehicle. I was introduced to my salesman Phil because of the car inventory on line, and as soon as seeing the car in person decided to purchase the vehicle. I was introduced to my salesman Phil only a couple of minutes later and absolutely had a wonderful experience with him. He took me on a test drive of the car, and never once tried to push another model on me. Many other salesmen I have had in the past have never actually taken my word as is, and always push for a higher priced item, it was nice that Phil didnt try and pull any of those tricks. I would 100% recommend Phil and this dealership, everyone is polite and their products keep the good faith that people associate with Honda. More

My husband and I popped into Kuni Honda on Araphaoe to test drive a Honda CRV that we had seen on the internet. Chris Squires was our customer service rep, and he was awesome. After pulling up the requested vehicle, we checked it out and voiced that we were open to suggestions. After asking a few poignant questions, Chris guided us toward a CRV that we liked much better than our original choice. We spent about an hour with Chris test driving and asking questions. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without any of that icky sales pushiness. Plus, he had a great subtle sense humor, which we totally appreciate. He turned a normally stressful experience into a fun one, and we thank him for that (Thanks, Chris!). We are still shopping for cars, but if we decide on a Honda, we will most definitely go back to see Chris. More
I purchased a used 2007 Accord in June from Kuni Honda. I was having issues with the brakes from day one. When I came back to the dealership, Justin Crum made a promise that if the brakes needed to be rep I was having issues with the brakes from day one. When I came back to the dealership, Justin Crum made a promise that if the brakes needed to be replaced he would ensure that promise was kept. After three visits, the brakes failed on the car in the parking lot of my office. Luckily I wasn't on the highway and the brakes finally began to work. Earlier that day I left a message for the Used Car Manager, Brett, who also promised if the brakes needed to be replaced, Kuni would do the work and parts at no cost to me. The service diagnostics finally agreed that the entire brake system needed to be replaced. When I came to pick up the car, I went to Justin and told him the car was in for a brake replacement and I would appreciate his promise to take care of the cost. He went to work on my behalf with the management at Kuni Honda. I don't know how many managers had to be involved in the decision as I waited three hours for their final response. Time notwithstanding, Justin kept me apprised of his progress during my wait. I was thrilled when he finally came to me and said the car was ready and the brake job was courtesy of Kuni Honda. I am totally convinced that Kuni Honda does appreciate their customers and want them to come back on their next purchase of an automobile or service. Justin Crum is a role model for honesty and integrity in the auto business. He lived up to his promise in a most professional and compassionate way. More

I was in the market for a new Honda Pilot. I reached out to 6 dealers initially and negotiated via email. Based on best price and sales person honesty, I was quickly down to two dealerships. Both dealerships were honest and upfront and great to deal with over the phone and internet. However, of those two dealerships, Kuni had the better price. I finished the negotiations over the phone and came in to close the deal. The process was the most smooth and seamless auto purchase I have ever gone through. I was never pressured to buy any additional items, though they were offered. Chris, Carol and the team and Kuni were extremely friendly and accommodating and overall it was just a great experience. I would highly recommend Kuni Honda when buying a new car. More
