Monty was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills/approach. Would have rated higher but felt some pressure from Barry with the usual "are you ready to buy today" approach--not custome service skills/approach. It was a busy Saturday, which I can understand the volume of people and limited sales people. So after getting passed to Philip, he took good care of me, answered my questions, and we made a deal on a trade- of people and limited sales people.
