This was the second new car purchased from this dealership. Although my previous sales lady from 2009 was no longer with this dealership, the receptionist was smart and on the ball; she paired me dealership. Georgina was so nice and so professional. She took me to the auto and went over all the features. She communicated clearly and carefully going over each area of the auto. The way in which Georgina treated me gave me a message that she did not mind that I was shopping without my husband. [ A couple of other dealerships I stopped at that day blew me off. ] The dealership had a good selection of colors and trim levels so I was able to buy exactly what I wanted. I look forward to servicing with the dealership since our experience with the other car has been pleasant. Georgina was so helpful when I was ready to remove my things from my old car. We knew exactly what we wanted to buy so price was the most important factor. I received 4 "out the door" prices from dealers across two states. We priced a new CR-V over the Internet, and Kuni's price was the best. We were treated well and respectfully by Brandon Gamel, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Our only complaint about our purchase is that the whole visit took 2 hours 45 minutes, even though the price of the vehicle was already negotiated before we ever entered the showroom.
