Wow, I got there nice and early, I was greeted by a delightful gal, Roberta. She was informative, pleasant, thorough and made my experience with service a very easy one. Overall, my rating = AWESOME.... I bought my car in New Mexico.....will service it at KUNI, and it isn't even the one closest to my home!! More
Jeff was extremely patient, helpful and friendly while helping me choose my new car. Not only did he provide a great level of customer service in at atmosphere that I felt comfortable in.. he really went helping me choose my new car. Not only did he provide a great level of customer service in at atmosphere that I felt comfortable in.. he really went the extra mile, including getting me a brand new battery for my car. The car was also freshly cleaned and I enjoyed a hot chocolate and a nice chat with Jeff while I waited. I was nervous to purchase a vehicle, but Kuni Honda made it a great experience. I love my car and it's exactly what I wanted at an incredible price. Would definitely go back or recommend to friends and family! More

On October 8th, I called Kuni Honda. A girl picked up and said, within a second, “It’s a great day at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe this is Jen please hold” and then I immediately heard the background music / adver said, within a second, “It’s a great day at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe this is Jen please hold” and then I immediately heard the background music / advertisements as if I were on hold. Since this was my first time calling, I didn’t catch the name of the girl. All I caught was that it’s Kuni Honda and I’m on hold. When Jen came back, she said the same thing: “It’s a great day at kuni Honda on Arapahoe this is Jen how may I help you?” Not wanting to make it a big deal, but still wanting to tell Jen that her initial response is a little off-putting, I said “Hey, I just wanted to let you know that when you picked up, you said that so fast that it sounded as if you just picked up and put me on hold. May I please speak to Jeff Cox in sales?” I guess that must have offended Jen, because she responded (with obvious longer-than-normal pauses in-between words): “Thanks—it—would—be--my—pleasure—if—you—would—please—hold” then I was immediately put on hold again. At this point, I had already purchased my car from Kuni. However, if I was calling Kuni for the first time to decide if I wanted to come in, I would’ve just hung up. I wasn’t expecting Jen to beg for forgiveness or anything; but in a situation like this, the right thing to do is to give a brief apology and give the other person a second to respond to it. In this case, Jen simply gave her canned sentence about needing me to hold, in a sarcastically slow pace, and then immediately put me on hold. When the possible first contact for your business either talks too fast or gets offended and talks sarcastically slow, you’re bound to lose some business. More

This was the quickest most friendly purchase of a new vehicle that we have ever experienced. We came in, went for a test drive, financed the purchase, including a trade in, and we were on our way home, i vehicle that we have ever experienced. We came in, went for a test drive, financed the purchase, including a trade in, and we were on our way home, in our new car, in less than 2.5 hours. This was a very pleasant experience. We even left the kids at home anticipating a much longer wait, but that didn't happen. I highly recommend Kuni-Honda. More
