I have been taking my Honda Civic Si to Kuni Honda for 4 years for service. I have never been disappointed with their customer service or service on my vehicle. I recently decided to trade my Civic for a 2014 Honda CRV. I had been given an appointment time but did not know with who. Jeff Cox was immediately available to present the CRV to me with a full "walk through" of the vehicle, answer any and all questions I had and facilitate an easy purchasing process. Jeff was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he shared some of his own experiences with Honda products. It made my decision so much easier. I will always be a Honda girl. Barry Udell was the finance manager who processed all of the financial paperwork. Barry was also professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained the paperwork process with great detail. I like that he presented the financing options in simple terms. Kuni Honda is lucky to have Jeff and Barry on their staff. I would highly recommended Kuni Honda and Jeff Cox for any Honda needs! More

I pulled into the service center at 7:45 and asked if they could complete an oil change by 9:15 when i had to leave to get my kids to activities. They told me no problem. I waited around until 9:10am and went up to ask if the car was finished, a few calls later and was told 15-20 more minutes. I checked in at 9:20, hoping that it was a conservative estimate, still another 10-15 minutes. At this time i began making calls to family members to handle my obligations. At 9:30, again, told it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes. About 9:35 i was offered a loaner vehicle, which made no sense as i didn't have time to return the car later and it would take as long to complete paperwork as it would to hopefully finish my car. At 9:40 i asked the service advisor to take my payment and process the paperwork so i could leave as soon as the car was pulled up front; was told he couldn't do that. sure enough at 9:45 my car came up and no paperwork was done. Had to wait around until for himi to print receipts, tear sheets apart, staple numerous service orders together...ect. Signed my receipt at 9:49 and still another 5 minutes to get out of the service area after finally getting all my paperwork. During this time, one of the shop employees pulled my car out of the bay and went and parked it away from the shop (sure in a hurry to get the car out of line in the bay but no one else could hurry). So at 9:55 left the location. Dont promise a time if you cant deliver it. I asked up front for a commitment and got it - then they failed. This cost me a lot on this given day and inconvenience several people; not to mention missing a large portion of an activity my children were in that wont be repeated again, at this age, at this time in a kids life. No apology from the service tech, no explanation of the "problem" - nothing. Although there are numerous repairs/services that are due on my vehicle, it WONT be done at this location. You dont treat people this way and i wont be treated this way. If this happened in my job; i would be fired on the spot - to bad the same isn't true at this location. DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here. More
We came in with an unusual situation - wanting to get out of an Acura MDX purchased less than 2 months ago. Everyone we dealt with (including Michael Montgomery, Andy Doran, Justin C., Scott ?, and Barry in of an Acura MDX purchased less than 2 months ago. Everyone we dealt with (including Michael Montgomery, Andy Doran, Justin C., Scott ?, and Barry in finance) were ALL very understanding and worked hard to get us the very best deal possible under the circumstances. My overall experience purchasing my vehicle from your dealership was GREAT! The best part about it was the fact that there was not the normal over-pressuring sales staff. Brandon was knowledgeable about the product he was selling and made the experience fun. He was also very helpful after the purchase when I needed to come back and get a few more things taken care of. After my experience with Brandon came the finance departments turn. I started out with Chris Baca who was a little more pressuring with his attempts to sale me aftercare protection which was fine for me being that I understand that this is where he makes a lot of his money. On the other hand when I came back down on that Friday I had to deal with his boss, I believe, who had me sign my final rate paperwork, being that Chris was off that day. This person, who I did not catch their name, was extremely rude to the point where all of my original GREAT experience was almost wiped out. He made a comment stating that if was the one working on my rate vs Chris doing it he would have never worked so hard to get the rate down to where it was at. He claimed that Chris had to call in favors to get my rate that low and it was not worth it being that I was refusing to but the after care. I hope that this is not standard practice for your dealership and that other customers have not had to experience the same type of treatment. Despite the bad customer service in finance I still rated everything with 5 for great being that Brandon did so well. More
