This experience was far superior to the last dealership we visited, where the dealer sat down for a 30 minute friendly "get to know you" session before showing us anything. Scott was very patient as we evaluated some Honda CRVs. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Scott was also knowledgeable about the various features of each car. Once we decided on a CRV EXL, Scott made the remainder of the process enjoyable. He sat and stayed with us while the financial team worked on making a deal for us. We never felt stranded or trapped sitting at the dealership. Scott also knew we had limited time to spend at the dealership due to a commitment later that afternoon. He worked hard to move us through the car-buying process quickly and efficiently, but on the other hand, not feeling rushed. I am thrilled with our new Honda CRV.
