I would rate the experience a "5" except that when we returned to the dealership to close the deal it took 4 hours before we were finished friendly. We just purchased an new Pilot from Kuni Honda. I handled most of the purchase over the phone with Trenton, who was very helpful with all my questions. When we came in to test drive - Andy took care of us. He showed us everything we asked for and shared a lot of insight about the features of the Pilot. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed to purchase. Once we decided which one we wanted the process went pretty smoothly - we were able to wrap things up in a little over an hour. Andy was nice enough to go over how all the features worked again and synced my phone for me. Very happy with our new Pilot so far! More
