I went into the dealer having a pretty good idea of what I wanted and Chris made the overall experience enjoyable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. My expectation going in was that I would receive pressure to buy something and also buy upgrades/warranties/etc. Chris proposed options to me, but was no-nonsense about it and didn't make me feel any pressure. The same doesn't hold true for the finance department. Overall, it was a great experience and I would consider buying from Kuni again in the future. More

Overall, the buying experience was positive and Matt had a no-pressure approach and was very helpful. The pricing on the used 2011 Honda Pilot was a little aggressive, but somewhat reasonable considering t a no-pressure approach and was very helpful. The pricing on the used 2011 Honda Pilot was a little aggressive, but somewhat reasonable considering the Honda Pre-Owned certification, replacement of tires and other work put into the vehicle. The only criticism I have is regarding the interior of the vehicle, which was very dirty when I went for a test drive. After detailing, the rear two seats were still rather dirty/stained and there were other interior areas where spots had been missed. Justin Crum, Floor Sales Director, stated that the condition was unacceptable and offered to provide another interior cleaning/detailing free of charge. Justin offered to set this up and informed me that I would receive a call to set an appointment. I have not received a call, but hope to in the near future to close the loop on this issue. Thank you. Mostly positive experience buying a new Odyssey. Chris Squires did a great job showing us the vehicle and helping us all the way through the sales process.
