I purchased my CRV new at Kuni Honda on Arapahoe in 2004 and have had all it's service performed there as well. Over the years I have had multiple Service Advisors, but the reason I keep coming back to thi and have had all it's service performed there as well. Over the years I have had multiple Service Advisors, but the reason I keep coming back to this dealership is because I have a wonderful Service Advisor in Roberta Callow. I will not recommend that service to anyone. I took My 1998 Honda Passport to Kuni Honda to replace both the rear and front brakes. While the car was in service I was advised to replace rear main seal. Ac 1998 Honda Passport to Kuni Honda to replace both the rear and front brakes. While the car was in service I was advised to replace rear main seal. According to invoice they pulled the transmission and T-case, removed exhaust, removed drive shafts and re-installed everything back. The car was in the shop for 3 days. The same day I took it from the shop the car died while I was driving home due the transmission failure. The car was towed back to the service. According to Kuni Honda the problem was with incorrectly re-installed shift cable bracket. After that repair was done I was re-insured that this time they fixed everything and I am good to go. However a few days later I found a 4 wheel drive shift is not working, so I had to take it back to service. In 2 days after I got my car back from service I drove to Kansas City MO. While i was in Kansas City I got ‘Check Transmission’ and later on ‘Transmission oil temperature’ lights on. I towed the car to a nearest Honda dealer in Kansas City, where I was told that the car will require a new transmission, which will cost me $7161.19. Kuni Honda agreed to cover towing expenses only. More

It was a crazy day. I found the car I loved when Carol Raines answered my email. I saw the car I loved when Ralph showed it to me, then changed my mind, then changed it back...Ralph made the experience f Raines answered my email. Lovall Nero was learning the ropes so as a life long lease person who was buying a car, I also felt like I was learning how to sell one! Bonus day! Then, Matt McCrystal gave me a tour of the entire dealership, taught me how to program my blue tooth thingy and program "Go Home" into the navigation system. Whew. It was a long day, but a really fun one, and I got to ring the bell! More
I was trading in a Honda Civic which I had purchased with this dealer about 5 years ago so was familiar with the dealership. This time we were initially considering a small SUV. Monty Ewing, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable - much more so than any of the other salespeople at other dealerships we visited - and forthcoming with that information. Without exerting any pressure, he stayed in contact over the several months it took for us to finally decide. He obviously wanted us to get the vehicle that would serve our needs but let us make our own decisions. By having all the information we needed to make the decision, coupled with his professionalism and engaging personality, it was obvious to us that once we had decided to buy a Honda, we wanted to purchase it from him. Even though the final negotiation was more difficult than I had hoped it would be (no fault of his and the reason for the "4" in Overall Experience), I would strongly recommend the dealer and specifically Monty to anyone in the market for a new car. It was a true pleasure doing business with him. More

I enjoy the "no pressure to buy" attitude, Monty (our sales rep.) patiently showed me the cars I wanted to see and provided helpful information about other cars that also fit to buy" attitude, Monty (our sales rep.) patiently showed me the cars I wanted to see and provided helpful information about other cars that also fit my needs. I walked into the dealership looking for a good, used car and ended up leaving with a reasonable-priced new car. The finance person was friendly as well, but we waited for about two hours at the showroom before we started doing the paperwork! At the end, I did not have enough time to learn and to ask more about all the features of the car I bought. More
