Decent time buying the car, however we bought the service plan and we were outright lied to about it. I have reserved my appointment, went there test drove, agree to buy, first of all no negotiation room and whole process to involve sales manager at that point was useless and time consuming. no flexibili agree to buy, first of all no negotiation room and whole process to involve sales manager at that point was useless and time consuming. no flexibility on split payment with small amount on Credit card, did not let me drove my car home that day. Finance was about an hour put after I agree on cash deal which was outrageous, finance guy was not acted professional at all. my car was delivered on Saturday with half tank of gas and no temporary tile tag so I could not drive so not letting me take car home that was frustrating since the guy came Saturday for delivery gave me a keys and left, did not let me finish any inspection and I did not have his number. overall, I am thinking about considering option to return car within 150 miles or 30 day return as per your policy. I am not willing to refer anyone to buy car from your dealership unless things improves and more customer friendly. More

Disastrous handling of a safety recall. I received a Honda safety recall letter January 2024, booked the service with Kuni/Holman Honda Service center February 14, 2024. Morning of servic I received a Honda safety recall letter January 2024, booked the service with Kuni/Holman Honda Service center February 14, 2024. Morning of service date, service department called to notify parts were out of stock. Parts were ordered and I would get a call back end of March to reschedule. No call back. I followed up on March 25 and was told an “advisor” would call me back within 2-3 days with an update. No call back. I followed up on April 1, 2024 and was told by Jordan per his supervisor that the safety recall was a “miscommunication from Honda” and a new letter of clarification would be sent out from Honda explaining the situation. I called Schomp Honda of Highlands Ranch and they were able to complete the safety recall in half a day. Clearly Kuni/Holman Honda service does not want to perform any Honda Safety Recalls so I would recommend taking your Honda to Schomp for any and all servicing. More
