The Saturday prior visting them I had made an appointment with a Nissan dealership in Jersey regardimgna specific vehicle I had been in constant contact with them to ensure I was getting the vehicle listed at the price posted on cars.com. They assured me that the price was as is and the vehicle would be there for me. When I got there they not only sold the vehicle that morning but tried to push a lesser vehicle at a higher price on me. Needless to say I was very angry. My wife however came across the same vehicle a year newer with less mileage and same price at Princeton Mini. Immediately we contacted them and they assured me that the vehicle was available and would be held for me at no cost. When I got there that Tuesday everything was as advertised. 2014 v6 Altima at the listed price no markups and very low mileage. Richard and Joel were extremely polite, friendly and helpful in helping me purchase the vehicle, setup insurance policy and drive off the lot they day and despite minor hiccup with financing. Their finance manager Joey (i believe) was able to get me a very good interest rate with my limited credit history. Even though it wasn't a Mini I definitely was pleased with the upfront and helpful staff. More

Amazing Dealership! I worked with Ian Fyffe and had one of the best experiences buying a vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation and provided me with top notch service. When it came time to negotiate he was able to bring in Jeremy, the sales manager, to approve a slightly higher offer on my trade-in and help close the deal. Just as soon as I thought my experience could not get any better, I had the pleasure of working with Joel, the financing manager. He explained to me my financing options and assisted in choosing a maintenance upgrade package that worked for me. I am now recommending the Mini brand and more specifically this particular dealership to all my friends, family, and colleagues. More

Great buying experience After searching online for weeks, I finally located just the right Certified Mini, but it was 100 miles away in Princeton. It is roughly a 2 hour driv After searching online for weeks, I finally located just the right Certified Mini, but it was 100 miles away in Princeton. It is roughly a 2 hour drive, but turned out to be well worth the trip. The price on the car was reasonable right from the start, and I did make some minor upgrades to the car, and they were very accommodating to all my requests. Car was ready on time, and looked great. Chad, my motoring adviser, made sure everything went smoothly. Sadly, on the way home, hit a large pot hole on the NJTP and ruined one of the rims. Fortunately, Road Hazard insurance covered the cost. I normally would not have purchased it, but Alex - the Finance Guru - did a wonderful job of explaining the value of having not only the Road Hazard insurance, but also the Maintenance Program. I ended up purchasing both, and am very glad. Chad worked with me the following morning to help push the paper work form my Road Hazard insurance through, so my local Mini dealer could get my vehicle back as quickly as possible. Lastly, their service manager John spent about 10-15 minutes with me explaining the importance of checking your oil, using genuine Mini parts, and keeping to the maintenance schedule. I left feeling very confident that I'll have my Mini for many years. More
