Great place to buy a new MINI! I always thought of myself as a "Mini" owner, though I never owned one and never test drove one until last Saturday. Fantastic service experience! My 2013 MINI Cooper S had a 1.5" gash in the LF tire. MINI Roadside Assistance was there in a timely fashion, (actually early), with stellar communica My 2013 MINI Cooper S had a 1.5" gash in the LF tire. MINI Roadside Assistance was there in a timely fashion, (actually early), with stellar communication. The vehicle was towed to Princeton MINI. There, they replaced the damaged tire, did a keyread, performed the services due, ( brake fluid flush, filter changes, etc.). Also, the car was washed & vacuumed. My car left my driveway at 2:15pm. The drive to the dealership is about 30 minutes, so I'm guessing the car arrived there at around 2:45pm. At 5:08pm I received a call telling me that it was ready to go. They also gave me the hours they were open this evening and the time they open tomorrow. The turn around time was amazing!! Everyone was efficient, pleasant & effective. Kudos to Jen Ocsack! Thanks. I can't imagine how you could be better.?? More

Best experience I've had at a dealership. I have purchased 3 cars at dealers in my life so far. Princeton MINI was by far the best experience I have had. I described the process as "hanging out with a couple friends until my car pulled around." There was no pressure at all the entire time, and even though I was interested in a used car that wasn't a MINI, we were treated with the same courtesy and attention as if we were buying a top of the line new car off their lot. Zachary was great to work with from the first time I contacted him through email, to shaking his hand and driving off the lot. Alex in financing was very funny, and efficient, he made the process of sitting down signing all the paperwork almost enjoyable. Very pleasant experience, if you are looking for a MINI, I would recommend Princeton MINI to anyone. More
