Wonderful experience I have been looking for a car for a few weeks now, and was originally looking at a Hyundai Veloster Turbo. In fact, I went into the Mini dealership wi I have been looking for a car for a few weeks now, and was originally looking at a Hyundai Veloster Turbo. In fact, I went into the Mini dealership with the intention of looking at a used one that they had in the lot. I walked in, and started working with Chad Leonard. He told me that this Hyundai had a deposit on it, which made me slightly sad. However, I then saw a Spice Orange Cooper S Hardtop that drew me in. Working with Chad on the test drive, and throughout the entire process was simply wonderful. There was never any pressure to buy, or anything to make me uncomfortable about it. In fact, they wouldn't let me be uncomfortable in my purchase. It was a delightful experience to work with Chad, and would definitely recommend Princeton Mini and Chad to others interested in Minis. The staff is knowledgeable but more than that they truly help you determine exactly what you want, need and what will function best for you. I highly recommend the charming, helpful salesmen, Rich Gubitosi. Manager Alex Frank described in detail all the extra warranty and service plans MINI offers. He did not pressure but suggested what would be beneficial for my driving habits and a long term maintenance routine. AND, I love my MINI Countrymen! More

Once the other dealerships realized I would not be stopping in for a few weeks, they stopped contacting me. Chad Leonard at Princeton MINI consistently reached out to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure the car I wanted was available when I arrived stateside. Everyone at the dealership made my car buying process painless. The finance department was super and gave me a great rate and excellent customer service. I have bought several cars in my life. 2009 Mercedes CLK Cabriolet Contacted the dealership regarding this vehicle which was advertised online. Got Alex and he was amazing from the get go. I live 5 hrs away and had a number of questions considering I had never made a purchase of this size online. He was prompt and punctual about getting the answers for me and assured me that if I decided to purchase, that after I got to the dealership and the car was not what I expected, the sale could be cancelled. After 2 days of conversation, I made the purchase. Vehicle was just as described, One small issue which was corrected while we were there. While waiting for them to work on the M/B, they gave us a vehicle to use for some errands. Five hour drive home and the car drove great. After getting home, I had an issue with the roof going up and down. Called Alex to inform him of the problem. After discussion I took it to our local M/B dealership who replaced a part and Princeton Mini re-reimbursed us a portion of the cost. Completely satisfied beyond words with Alex as a sales professional and going the extra mile in providing customer satisfaction. More

Instead of offering me the most expensive car that I was drooling over, he saved me some money by filtering out the other options that I probably would never have used and landed me on the perfect Mini Cooper S Hardtop. The Showroom is impressive and the lot and grounds are immaculate. I was greeted by reception staff and quickly directed to Kyle Burns, the "Motoring Advisor" I was scheduled to see. Kyle is excellent to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional and patient. After the test drive, there was no pressure to buy. Price negotiations went well and the deal was closed quickly with Jim Kostack. The Shop did an excellent job of preparing the Certified Pre Owned MINI Hardtop for pick up. At delivery, it drove and looked like a new car, and Kyle took the time to explain the many features of the car - controls, adjustments and simple mechanical checks. Glenn Clark handled the finances in a professional manner. Many optional Warranty packages are explained, but there wasn't pressure to buy on the spot. Highly recommended - great car, great dealership! More
