Chad Leonard was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was solely focused on getting me into a Mini of MY choice without the customary attempt to upsell to a more expensive model or to load packages into the sale. He listened to my wish list and then through a very calm and methodical process was able to guide me to a Mini that I bought on Saturday and picked up on Monday! I couldn't be happier!! If the service side of Princeton Mini is as good as the sales side then I will be singing their praises for years to come and look forward to recommending them to anyone who cares to listen. Awesome Experience I live an hour away from Princeton Mini, but while researching online found the Mini Countryman All4 my wife and I have been looking for. I sent an inquiry and immediately let the dealership know I am not making the trip overthrew unless all terms have been agreed to. There response was a no problem. Joey promptly called, then Lenny our sales consultant. They understood and worked with me from beginning to end. We went to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and was promptly greeted. Lenny gave us the keys to the Mini to test drive and we were both quickly impressed at the feel of the car. Lenny went our of his way to answer all our questions and even took the time to show us other Mini's to compare. We walked out of the dealership with my wife's new car in about two hours. For a car dealership that is pretty much a record for me. I would recommend Princeton Mini if you are ever interested in purchasing one. Of course Lenny is highly recommended to be the sales consultant. On a side note, it was very comforting to see the staff casually dressed. Upon arriving it gave it a friendlier flair. More

I normally get very frustrated with car shopping, but I had the opposite experience at Princeton Mini. My salesman Rich was awesome, he took the time to listen to what I wanted/needed and walked me through each and every feature of the car. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision, which is something I experienced at almost every other dealer I visited in the last month. Even though some of this may be related to the fact that mini dealers are non - commission, all the employees at Princeton were extremely professional, helpful and passionate about Mini. Although I did not end up purchasing a Mini, when I am more financially comfortable I definitely plan to return to Mini. It was an overall great shopping experience and I would highly recommend others to shop here! More

My salesperson sold me my car under the impression that I was getting all of the upgraded amenities- i.e. run flat tires. Needless to say AFTER I signed the lease, all of his lies came out. I was given a completely different car than I was talked into. I tried contacting the dealership and the "Manager" - and I use that term EXTREMELY loosely, does nothing but engage in a verbal altercation with you. This place is an absolute joke. Main Line Mini is so much more professional and courteous. Princeton Mini has ruined my experience so much that I wish I could get rid of my car asap. Since I can't, I take my business to Main Line Mini, and they make things very enjoyable. More

Ian was great as well as Mike and the enthusiastic inerest of Rich on the mechanics of this certain vehicle was really helpful. The dealership exhibited professionalism at its best all whom I talk to was willing to help answer questions even though it was not their deal. Salemgr Jim was fair and got a sense they really only put Used cars that they feel comfortable in representing. Will definitly search there inventory before my next purchase for my daughter coming up in a few months. Thank you all for the experience More
