People great, The car is bad I have had several problems with my 2010 Ford Fusion. I don't blame Ford customer service representatives in Turnersville. They did not make this car I have had several problems with my 2010 Ford Fusion. I don't blame Ford customer service representatives in Turnersville. They did not make this car nor did they had anything to do with the malfunction of this car. Although, everyone was courteous and professional, I am not at all happy that I have taking out an extended warranty on this car TWICE. This makes me wonder about my next car decision where I will be purchasing it from. I know the drill, All cars are going to have problems. I just wish my problems did not start 1 year after my purchase. I gave the staff 5 stars because they are the ones who are taking the brunt of peoples anger, disappointment or disbelief that their car malfunction and the burden of the expense to fix the car (without a warranty) is on them. So, KUDO'S to all of Ford Turnersville employees for their tenacity, professionalism and smile. . More

service for oil change I drove up to the service garage. Exactly at 7:30 they opened. The tech came right out to get what I wanted to have done.
