As a long time customer today’s visit to the quick service lane had a few issues. I was one of those customers who was there around 6:45 am. I was the second person in line. After the service center open and a few cars pulled in on both sides most of the people who had pulled up close to the opening time (around 7:45 am) and in the back of the line were rushing the service desk claiming they were they first. this kind of upset me since I was there waiting more than an hour before most of the other customers had arrived. What was more upsetting was the fact they were leaving prior to myself and I was only there for an oil change. However, I explained my issues with Grace and she was very helpful and truly understood why I would be upset. Again, great service as always. One suggestion is to have customers pull tickets as they arrive.. Not sure how that would work. or anything that would help those that arrrive early and is already in line will not get put to the back of the line because someone ran up to the service desk first but arrive after most people were already there and waiting for more than an hour. Thank you. More

Maintenance/oil change The check-in process works well. I had to have extra unexpected services that made my bill to up to $400 which was just an oil change but they added The check-in process works well. I had to have extra unexpected services that made my bill to up to $400 which was just an oil change but they added extra maintenance services for 30,000 miles. This also happened at my last appointment about 6 months ago. I should have asked for more explanation of the need for those services. I need to due more research on my own to justify these services in the future. I'm not saying they weren't necessary, I'm saying I have no skill set to determine this on my own so I am going on blind faith. I never had so many add-ons with my former cars. More
