Quick, Easy and Painless. I was notified by mail that my car was recalled for a factory defect and I should schedule an appointment with a Ford Dealership to have the car repai I was notified by mail that my car was recalled for a factory defect and I should schedule an appointment with a Ford Dealership to have the car repaired. I talked to a service advisor ( Grace Griffith), and she told me I didn't need an appointment for this particular recall and that I could just drive into the quick lube service bay at anytime and I would be taken care of and it wouldn't take long. The very next day, I drove in and I was met by a team of eager service workers ready to take care of me and my car. It didn't take long and it didn't cost any money and my car was fixed correctly. Bonus: I waited for my car in their lounge with tv, coffee (drinks),snacks, wifi, comfy seats, workspace enclosure (for those of you who talk loud on phone or have work to do on a computer), or just want to talk to other people. Great atmosphere. Makes the wait for your car repair a better experience. Thanks Holman Ford. More
